Routine Eye Test
My husband and I attended our eye tests as requested. One appointment followed the other, therefore, one of us was waiting for the whole time. During the whole time the two staff continually complained about how much they had to do! They never asked if we would like a drink even though they have a coffee machine available for that purpose. We felt as if we were a bit of a nuisance as customers! Nothing like it was when it was Mullen’s opticians, we then received customer service!

I ordered hearing aids at the beginning of January I am yet to get hearing molds that fit into my ears with out causing pain.
