Went in with a problem which was solved that day, although I had to wait a few days for new lenses to come through. Not a problem there.
Sarah was excellent, very helpful, well informed and I had every confidence in her.

Eye test
My eye test was very thorough and the procedure was explained at each stage. I was treated with respect and all the staff were most helpful.
Following my eye test, I was given a hearing test, so I only needed 1 visit.

I recently visited for an audiology test and ear wax removal and was very impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and put me at ease. The service was excellent — everything was explained clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect at each stage of the procedure. The audiologist took the time to answer my questions and provided helpful, informative advice about my hearing health. The whole process was carried out professionally and with great care, leaving me feeling reassured and well looked after. Highly recommended.
