The staff gave a nice warm welcome and the audiologist was very through with her testing and discussed it in a way I could understand. The staff all treat you with respect and it was a positive experience for me.

Was seen promptly and eye test was thorough after full examination it was explained to me that I cataracts and eye would be referred, this was done and I have hospital appointment early January.
