Expensive
The eye test is fine but it's getting very expensive. The frames are unimaginative in that they are mostly the same shape and style apart from the most expensive ones. The children's frames which are free on NHS are especially few in number, choice and size which is disappointing for the children.

New glasses
All of the staff were very professional and really helpful. There wasn't any frames that suited my budget, size etc in store so Sharon showed me some options on the computer. A pair was ordered for me to try which I tried and then bought.

From the first moment we were welcomed…
From the first moment we were welcomed and had a coffee made for us. Our eye tests were carried out really well with lots of chatter and explainations. Lisa took us into the glasses section and was a great person to advise on the kind of glasses to wear. Well done to the whole team.
