Helpful and easy to understand answer all questions both with the test and selecting frames.

Have been using Bayfields in Sidcup for some time now. They are so comprehensive with all of my optical and hearing requirements and their attention to detail is beyond reproach.

Great service and very pleasant staff. I was extremely pleased with my eye test and glasses.

The staff, audio, optical and reception are really friendly and explain everything in a manner that is understandable. As for Sejal on reception, she is a major asset to the business

Every aspect of my visit to Bayfields Opticians lead to a very positive experience & outcome. The team were welcoming, so knowledgeable, professional & empathetic, often a rare occurrence these days. The refurbishment of the premises also added to the air of professionalism & modernity.

The appointment was on time, great optician who made the visit enjoyable . Thumbs up to Angela on the front desk, very professional.

Sheena who does my eye test is very nice, but it was Chantel in audiology that was particularly good and spent time with me for hearing test and understanding my needs in relation to my hearing loss & listening to me & explaining what hearing aids would help me.

It looks much better since its refurbishment. The staff were friendly and the new refurbishments were inviting. However, the reception desk is too close to the wall with inherent health and safety issues attached to it. The poor receptionist couldn't even fit a chair, and had to be slim just to fit behind it, which raises other employment issues. Bayfields may wish to have the reception desk moved slightly forward to address these issues.

Bayfields carried out a periodic eye examination and noticed something which needed further investigation. She arranged another visit to dilate the eye and re examined. Awaiting hospital appointment to investigate further. Very professional approach and thorough in this case.

One test was missed because the machine was not charged. I was asked if I wanted distance for my reading glasses but didn’t really understand what this meant and it was not explained either, if it had been I probably would have opted in. I also phoned them concerning this and all I got was that you never asked for distance. It seemed more expensive than expected and a little sell sell sell
