Friendly staff very experienced and knowledgeable optician, explained everything in detail very professional. After test the member of staff who helped me with chose my glasses was very helpful but not pushy also I saw her on my previous visit two years ago when she helped me chose my glasses and sunglasses both of which I have been extremely happy with. All in all very good experience.

Limited appointments for hearing assistance
Laetitia Happi is by far the best audiologist I have experienced in the four years of needing hearing aids. The examination was more comprehensive and focussed than any I have had previously. My concern, before committing to purchasing hearing aids from Bayfields, is appointments are currently limited to one day a week increasing to two days after refurbishment.
