First Class Eye Tests & General Client/Patient Support!!
My wife and I recently needed eye tests, so we headed to our local Bayfields in Thame (as the Bicester Branch had to close). Both my wife and I had thorough eye examinations, with end-result, we both required new lenses/glasses.
The staff in the Thame branch are extremely welcoming, special thanks to Sophie, Jess, and Nas, who have been amazing in helping us select new frames and custom lenses for me.
We both highly recommend Bayfields to my family and friends, simply b/c their professionalism, politeness and friendly manner.

Wax removal and hearing test.
Qiuck, easy, on time and with good professional advice from your audiology department. Everything was explained, with not a hint of a pushy 'sales approach'. Hearing test and wax removal was completed in the same appointment which was useful. A very friendly, personal approach was very much appreciated.
