Took 3 months to eventually port my number over.
Had horrendous internet so they supplied a 4g back up router that made their service useable.
After two weeks of having the phone line with them, they charged me £1600.
This was corrected, and they raised a new invoice where they double charged me for one month!
They then switched off the 4g back up that was in my contract and I was paying for, leaving me with intermittent broadband.
I then spent a week trying to sort out their service for an engineer to attend and then he left us without any working internet at all in my business for the Easter Weekend.
I will update this review with the situation as to what BDR does next, but currently this has cost me a lot of money this week trusting this company with my phone service and broadband.

Hi, I work remotely and any IT issues that arise I always contact Dean Mitchell as he is my go to engineer @ BDR. He has an excellent skill set and always solves matters promptly and effectively.

Service is great all round! Competitive prices upon our last renewal in 2022 which along with the service confirmed our choice to stay with them. We have had the pleasure of being looked after by Diane & Della for many years, starting with TFM group before the BDR takeover. They have always been extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for either of them. Any issues or queries are dealt within a few hours, and they also have also remember personal information which i've shared which creates a strong friendship between customer and supplier. I would highly recommend!

Really pleased with where we've got to with our contract, which is now right-sized and aligned to our needs.
Della and Diane have been superb in providing support, both highly responsive and proactive in surfacing up information to assist with our decision making and then taking the necessary actions to fulfil our requests.

We have used BDR 20 years, we recently needed new hardware and Adam and his team were very informative from start to finish.
The engineers that come on to site are always polite and well presented and good at what they do.

BDR originally approached us to quote for our Mobile renewal. Adam A attended site, listened to our requirements and worked hard to providing a very competitive quote. We didn't go with BDR for mobiles as they couldn't quite match our unbelievable dealer direct quote however, we did go with BDR for our leased line. Throughout the entire process, Adam kept in touch, providing updates alongside Aaron and acted quickly when there was issues during installation. Our comms cabinet was a bit of a birds nest and their engineer Martin attended site to colour code and tidy everything up upgrading comms wiring throughout the building. We're now getting the internet speeds we're paying for. Happy Customer so far!
