Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută de la preluarea mașinii, în timpul închirierii și la predare. Am intrat în contact cu mai multe persoane din echipa BDV și au fost la fel amabile și prompte. Cu siguranță o să revenim 🙂

Foarte mutumit de serviciile acordate și de punctualitate de mașini nu mai zic nimic sunt TOP mașini noi.

After spending about a week doing research about renting a car in Romania this past Summer and being disappointed with bad reviews and unavailability I came across this company and boy was I lucky I did! Communication with them on WhatsApp was very easy. They answered all my MANY questions :) The process was easy and fast. I had to have the car delivered from Cluj to Bucharest and they picked it up from Bucharest since they don't have an office in Bucharest and I had to pay for the delivery which was ok. They didn't have any hidden fees and they were VERY transparent which I really appreciate it. I can not say enough good things about them. I am so happy I found them and I will definitely use them every time I visit Romania. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After being completely let down by another rental company at the Cluj-Napoca, Romania airport (last-minute changes, unclear terms, and a totally different situation than advertised), I urgently needed a solution.

Serviciile au fost excelente de la început până la final. Comunicarea a fost clară și promptă, iar mașina primită a fost impecabilă – curată, confortabilă și în stare tehnică foarte bună. Tot procesul de închiriere a fost simplu și transparent, fără costuri ascunse. Cu siguranță voi mai apela la ei și îi recomand tuturo

Rezervarea mașinii, comunicarea , serviciile oferite sunt de 10.
Închiriez de la ei de ani de zile și totul este ok.
Singura surpriză care am avut-o acest an este că anvelopele nu se includ în asigurare.
