I made a mistake in ordering

The quality is simply lovely

Bedfolk produce a range of quality products, but the other reason that they are my go to company for bedlinen, is that if you have a query, it’s possible to get a prompt response from a real person. As far as I am concerned, a company that delivers that sort of customer service is worth it’s weight in gold!

My first purchase from Bedfolk included some Ripple bath sheets and hand towels, a Plush bath mat and a pair of Speckled Square Pillowcases. The towels and bath mat are thick, luxurious and wonderful to use and the forest green colour is perfect for my bathroom. Sadly, the square pillow cases were a let down, which accounts for the removal of one star. The fabric is soft and lovely. However, it’s also somewhat loose and unstructured, which results in a gaping hole caused by the opening on the back. It’s meant to overlap but just doesn’t stay in place. Very disappointing for a rather expensive pair of pillow cases. I decided to keep them anyway as they suit my guest room really well but will have to sew a couple of buttons on each pillow case to keep them from opening up. I would not recommend this item unless you’re prepared to do the same.

I chose to invest in linen bedding thinking that it would last for years to come. Sadly this is not the case with Bedfolk’s linen. Despite Bedfolk stating on their blog that "100% high-quality linen is made to last and last", we have had 2 fitted sheets become threadbare with sizeable holes and are now unusable in less than 3 years. This is not the quality I would expect for a premium price point after spending over £700 on their linen bedding. After reaching out to Bedfolk, the best they could offer me was 20% off a new sheet but I have lost faith in their products due to their poor durability. I see from other reviews that I am not alone in their products lasting only several years.

An excellent British business with the finest quality and comfort by English craftsmanship. Superb duvet and pillowcase set in an ink blue hue. The thread count means it is so soft and cosy yet also crisp to look at. Customer service reliable and punctual delivery. I intend to purchase an additional two sets of their cotton range in cloud white and honey yellow.

Recently I had a small fault with my relaxed cotton duvet cover that I had originally purchased in May 2025. Bedfolk acknowledged the fault and sent out a new duvet cover. Great products and customer service.

Loved the idea of been able to order swatches of the different bedding. This made it so much easier to choose the bedding I wanted. Communication was prompt from the company as I had a few questions before ordering. Once I chose the bedding which was the relaxed cotton duvet cover in sage and the matching pillowcases. I also ordered a deep fitted sheet and I was very pleased with the fit. Really pleased with the bedding and I have been having very comfortable nights sleep since purchasing. Prompt delivery too

I'm so impressed with this company. I purchased a linen bedding set, and the quality is second to none. It's super soft, and I really like the colour, too (sage). I had to contact customer service, and they were quick to respond and super-helpful. I'm already tempted to buy another bedding bundle in a different colour. I discovered Bedfolk when looking online for cooler, lighter bedding and found exactly what I wanted there. Service was excellent and I’m really happy with the quality. Their website gave clear information about their products but I also emailed them to check that the Relaxed Cotton bedding would meet my requirements. They quickly replied and reassured me and I am really happy with my decision to buy. The slightly creased look is a feature of the Relaxed Cotton bedding and I like this modern look so no more ironing. I like the option of the deep fitted sheet which makes bed making quick and easy.

Bought the relaxed cotton bedding - it feels so soft on the skin. The colours are gorgeous and lots of mix and match options. The envelope pillowcases are a great idea. Delivery was speedy. Bedfolk has been a lovely discovery.

Have been eyeing up the long pillow cases for ages and they didn’t disappoint. The service was great, fast delivery and the packaging was pure luxury. I’m currently waiting for a different style to come back in to stock to make another purchase. Would recommend to everyone!

I have purchased a full set of bedding from Bedfolk. All I can say the quality is amazing. The linen pillow covers are soft and comfortable especially after using the tumble dryer. The choices of colours were up to my expectations. I’m just about to order the second set from Bedfolk.

I've just bought a linen blend bedding set from Bedfolk, and although I was initially put off by the price, having received my beautiful package I would now say 100% it was money well spent. The quality is exceptional and I've had the best night sleep with my new pillow and beautiful bedding.

Beautiful duvet. Feels like sleeping under a cloud. Worth every penny. The pillows are equally great. We bought a soft and a medium filled pillows.
