Beautiful, comfortable sheets. Never buying anywhere else. We used to mix and match as well so never got bored of the colours. Shipping has always been very quick too - unsure of customer service.

Marvellous company selling the snuggliest, cloud like and hardest wearing bedding on the market. Their customer care is second to non and delivery is speedy. Have just ordered my second bed pack from them because we can’t wait for our originals to come off the line (or out of the dryer). Just pure luxury for a sleepy body.

We absolutely love our Bedfolk duvets and relaxed cotton linen. It’s very high quality, cosy comfortable and has the added bonus of looking better when it isn’t ironed. Many of our guests ask where it has come from and then order it for their homes.

The bed linen supplied by Bedfolk is the absolute best. I have been buying their linen duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets for several years now. Not only do they feel wonderful but they look great and wear amazingly well. Can’t rate them highly enough. Customer service great and packaging lovely. You know you are getting something very special by the care in the packaging.

This was my first time ordering from Bedfolk, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service. There was a small mix-up with my order, but Ashley from the Customer Care team handled it with genuine care and professionalism. She replied promptly, explained what had happened, and went above and beyond to make things right — even sending a generous gift card as an apology for the confusion.

It’s rare to see a company take ownership and communicate so thoughtfully. The products are beautiful, and the experience has made me certain I’ll be a return customer. Highly recommend!

I ordered relaxed cotton bedding fabric swatches and they arrived very promptly.The fabric is excellent quality and the colours just as they look on the Bedfolk website.I particularly wanted to see the new Latte colour and it is lovely.
The swatches have helped me make a decision and I am now going to order the Latte relaxed cotton bedding bundle.I have three sets of Bedfolk bedding already and I am very pleased with the excellent quality and feel.Thank you.

Wonderful detergent and softener, don’t hesitate to order

I have had four deliveries from Bedfolk -swatches, pillowcases, laundry goods, pillowcases again - and they have all arrived , beautifully packaged, within days of ordering. They also replied promptly to a query I raised.

Now I need to decide which duvet cover to buy…

Top class company. I have purchased a fair few of the bedding sets in the past and yes not the cheapest but the quality is there.
There bedding gets better with age especially the linen when tumble dried.
Customer service are also excellent and any queries dealt with quickly.
Also had the pleasure in the past to talk to Jo one of the owners of Bedfolk when I needed something sorted out.
I would highly recommend Bedfolk!!

If you can possibly afford to it would be worth buying your bedding from Bedfolk.
On top of the quality of the bedding, delivery is very quick and items are thoughtfully packaged.

I needed some help with sizing for the dream robe, and also because the first colour and size I ordered wasn’t quite right for me so I needed a bit of support to change my first order, and keep my new customer discount. Customer service support was responsive, kind, and human, and sorted out what I needed, no fuss. We’ve since bought hubby a robe too, and I’ll be back for a second in the future, I’m sure! Highly recommend.
