The boots were advertised as handmade leather boots when I received them yesterday evening cheap plastic boots. Initially when I paid for them I did a search and found they were not as described and sent an email cancelling the order but was ignored. Fortunately, PayPal have given me a refund as I complained at the beginning and on receipt of the boots as not as described.

These boots looked lovely on the ad, but in reality they're cheap and nasty! When I complained, I was offered a 10% refund or pay for shipping with potentially no guarantee of receiving a full refund. Steer well clear!

Well what a silly woman i am wish i had read these reviews before buying as previous comments read reviews on facebook which must all be made up, promised leather boots, which look lovely in the pictures, what arrived was cheap vinyl immitations with no support in the bottoms of the shoes, the insole falls out to reveal a rubbish cheap sole. They want you to send them back to china, offer you discount to keep, they are not fit for the bin so why keep them, it would cost around 30.00 to post them back, and any bad reviews i have left on facebook for them disappears so it speaks for itself DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Bought 2 pairs of sandals, sold as genius leather orthopedic sandals.
They are terrible, seems like thin plastic with dodgy stitching , really poor quality

Don't buy from this company. Sizing all wrong. I'm an 8 and ordered a size 8. Couldn't even get my feet into them. Unable to exchange as you are asked to post back to China which costs a fortune. Gave me 20% refund when I was promised 30% but none the less I still have 2 pairs of shoes which are totally useless to me so they will end up in a charity shop.
I should have known better but they looked so nice in the pictures. I should have read the reviews first. Won't be caught out again.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals. As previously said, the photos look great. The items I received looked nothing like them!
Terrible quality - contacted company - you need to pay postage to return them to CHINA.
Needless to say - didn't do that - went to a charity shop. They should be 'named and shamed'.

Awful shoes, badly made, badly cut, the fabric on the 'tongue' buckles because it is cut so poorly, one insole is too large but has been rammed in so there is a huge crease under the foot. Nothing placed between the insole and the sole of the shoe. Reeks of chemicals when you open the bag(!) and I doubt very much that the fabric is leather. Hard to tell against the stink of chemicals.
Wish I had paid via PayPal. Tempted to complain to Trading Standards as I was offered a 20% refund or the option to return the items to China on faith that I will be reimbursed.
Total scammers.

I actually can’t help but smile to myself as I knew these were coming from China and STILL I went ahead and ordered the sandals. Well they looked nice in the picture and the model had lovely feet (not feet that would need orthopaedic shoes) and the reviews on Facebook were glowing! Three weeks and two days later my box arrived with the sandals in. The whiff of cheap plastic wafted up my nostrils as I opened the package and there they were, my ‘all leather orthopaedic’ brown sandals in all their glory. Hmm, they look alright and they fit but leather they are not. I take full responsibility for being silly enough to believe I could get leather sandals for £25 quid but this company should be done for false advertising. Very very cheap and nasty and probably knocked up for a fraction of the price. Lesson learned, I should have headed straight to Trust Pilot first.

They are selling shoes under the Clacks label but when you get them they are cheap rip offs

Thanks for everyone's feedback. I've noticed a couple that said they were from China and are too small. No disrespect intended to China at all as a whole but I have ordered leather jackets xxl that fit a size UK 10 yet size chart said XXL is uk 16/18 So it looks like these sandle sizes are wrong too. They need to get uk sizing right because going off these reviews and the jackets which I've had two from China that are meant to be large and xxl which ended up coming small even though on label it states large and xxl I won't be ordering these sandles. In fact I won't be ordering anything from there again as the sizings wrong. The products are beautiful. They really are But just don't fit. And it's to expensive to return.

Having read reviews about Belkmalls I was beginning to wish I hadn’t placed an order, but my orthopaedic sandals came today and I have to say they are very comfortable, and I am pleased with them if they last I will do another review

Do not buy. Goods were sent but not size advertised Size 37 (UK4) is more like a child's size. I can't even get my foot in the top. They advertise half sizes (which I ordered) but these don't exist. Doubt very much they are leather as advertised.

Offered a 30% refund or send back to China at my own expense. Polite but hopeless "customer service" saying I could sell them on. I took the refund option and, surprisingly, the money was deposited.

Ordered a pair of sandals and from looking at social media there were only great reviews!

They arrived and were very poor quality and around 2 sizes too large so not fit for purpose.

I contacted the company who offered a 20-30% refund over several email exchanges as they said it was in nobody's interest to return the item.

I was not happy with this and had thankfully paid via PayPal so opened a dispute. This time they offered a full refund but I had to pay to return the item (to China) which would have cost around £15-£20!

Called PayPal to explain the situation and they have closed the claim in my favour and issued a full refund to me without having to return the item.

In relation to the all the positive reviews - it's because they delete anything negative you post almost instantly!!

I really wish I'd checked trustpilot and saved myself a lot of hassle but thanks to PayPal it's now resolved!

Well, I ordered some of the orthopedic sandals-black s7's, and then I read all the reviews on trustpilot, so tried to cancel my order but it was too late. They eventually came yesterday and I have to say I have them on right now and they are really comfortable. I've given them 3 stars for now because I've only had them 1 day but so far so good. I will write another review shortly once I've worn them in.

Ordered a pair of the orthopaedic sandals. Not great. The material looks nice but they’re pretty cheap looking overall. They arrived at least, but, unless you’ve just got off a long haul flight, they’re extremely loose and baggy. I’ve had to sew up the back of them just to keep my feet from slipping out!
Don’t waste your money like I have!
Oh and btw, if you put a negative comment on their fb page, they delete it, which makes me think the positive comments are all fake!

Absolutely agree they are low quality probably Chinese copies but they look great and to be fair no pain from my hammer toe or bunion
And then they fell apart ….

Ordered a pair of sandals which were Clarks on the video. Said they were leather with claims of helping all sorts of foot problems. What was delivered is not as advertised. They are cheap plastic rubbish with no Clarks branding and so uncomfortable they are unwearable. Buyer has to pay for returns to China which might never arrive. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a pair of slingback orthopedic sports sandals size 8 . They are paid for 10 days ago but I am still waiting for them. I have had no confirmation from you at all about this. Can you please help from Anne McCambridge

I bought a pair of slip on sandals and am extremely happy with the fit and the comfort…however I was not so pleased when I opened the package to find that the sandals had been packed together so that they badly creased the panels across the top of them…..they were creased in the middle where they had been wrapped together ..they really needed some packing which would have filled them out…it spoils the look of the shoes and is a shame as in every other way they are fine….Patricia
