Ordered boots which were advertised as Clarks boots and they look nothing like the advert. They took ages to ship and the emails were very dodgy. I cannot even get my foot into the supposed size 5 boot. They look incredibly cheap like they have been made in an art class at school. I warn everyone to avoid purchasing off Belkmalls.

I ordered shoes which they claim had been delivered but I never received. Hopefully they will replace or refund! I will update this comment!
The shoes arrived today and fit well! So Thankyou never expected to get them!

I ordered a pair of boots from this company as a present for my wife. They arrived after a month, and were too small and very shoddy. As the website offered 100% refund, I contacted the company for return and refund. I received an email telling me that I would have to post them and this would cost a lot of money. They offered a 10% refund, and I could keep the shoes! This is a scam of the first order! Avoid like the plague.

THE GOODS YOU WILL RECEIVE WILL BEAR NO RESEMBLANCE TO THOSE ADVERTISED AS THE PHOTOS ARE EXTREMELY MISLEADING. THE GOODS TAKE AN AGE TO ARRIVE AS THEY COME FROM CHINA, THEY ARE OF POOR QUALITY AND WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE THE INCORRECT SIZE. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE USELESS GOODS THEY WILL EXPECT YOU TO PAY EXPENSIVE P&P OR OFFER YOU A 20% REFUND TO KEEP SOMETHING WHICH IS OF SUBSTANDARD QUALITY AND DOESN’T FIT. I AM FORCED TO RATE THIS COMPANY WITH ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE THERE ISN’T THE OPTION TO CHOOSE ZERO STARS!!!

Never got my boots

Sent for Women's Warm Wool Orthopedic Snow Boots-[size 7)on 7.11.23
When they arrived on 27.11.23 the entrance to the boots was far too small to get them on. On 28.11.23 I sent them an email explaining the problem an requesting a refund.To date no response.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I ordered two pairs of boots. Advertised as one pair leather one pair sheepskin.
Took over 3 weeks to arrive, leather pair are plastic and sheepskin pair some sort of shoddy nylon. 1 pair fit other pair couldn't get them on. When I asked for return label they said they don't do return labels and that the returns would cost almost as much as the goods cost, therefore they offered a discount. Who wants poor quality shoddy goods, missold as leather and sheepskin when they are actually plastic and nylon. They said that the only way I would get a refund was if I returned the goods and sent a tracking number (which meant I had to pay the postage) it takes 3/4 weeks to get there. BE WARNED.

If I could give less than one star to this company I would. They are a disgrace, customer service is non existent. I asked to cancel my order minutes after I placed it, as I placed two orders by mistake. However I clearly specified which order to cancel and they totally ignored that and cancelled the wrong one, I promptly told them it was the wrong one, but I was ignored until they shipped it (several days later), telling me it was too late. I then received the order that I didn't want. The product is nothing like they described. It is cheap plastic and super uncomfortable. Size is totally non realistic. And it has been shipped from China, while they claim they ship from the UK. A total waste of money, time and energy. These kind of companies should shut down.

Very bad, disappointing, and dishonest people. Theses were for my elderly mother to aid her in walking but turned out a waste of money. The boots are a bad quality, glued together. I will take this matter further as they should not be able to rob people of their money and get away with it.

Ordered boots from this company it took 3 weeks for them to arrive and when they did get here they were too small,
I contacted them to ask how to return them and was told it would be very expensive to return them and I was offered a 10% refund, I replied saying I wanted an address to send them back as they were no good to me as they are too small, I have not had a response so I think I'm going to be stuck with them. Do not buy from this company.

The cheeky company keep deleting my feedback and reviews in Facebook from their page! How disgusting company!!!!

The two pairs of shoes Belkmall sent me are absolute crap
They lied about them being made of leather they are the most awful plastic and as to improving my walking just trying them made my feet feel like Thayer had been bound Chinese style since birth

Ordered a pair of boots too small sent from U.K. but told me to return to China offered me some discount but they are no good to me. What a con! beware if you buy from them …

Shoes are not leather. Shabby cheap plastic.
There is no way of returning them or getting a refund.
Complete waste of money. This is a Chinese scamming outfit. They should be investigated and banned,

Belkmall shoes. From china... Warning please DONOT BUY, IM sending mine back to China, I don't care with the posting from UK as long as the company donot to get my money, as I paid thru paypal.. Its cheap plastic
crap material worth £5 material , NOT a leather at all. So don't even look at the website its a Scam . And to return you’ll pay the PP, not Belkmalls , just buy the shoes that you can try at the shop to avoid being frustrated .

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I paid £7.99 on top of the order for quick delivery. It took over 4 weeks for them to arrive.
Unfortunately the shoes do not fit.
I emailed Belkmalls on how to return them and get a refund.
They said they would give me a 10% refund and to keep the shoes!
I emailed again to say I want a full refund and where to send them back to. Have not had a reply, surprise! Very annoyed.

Tracking says China - they say Birmingham, small, cheap, no support, plastic/synthetic shoes.

This company are advertising on Facebook under a different name and claiming that their products are Clarks. They most definitely are not. Customer service is non existent and if you dare to put a bad review on any of their posts to warn people then they block you

I ordered two pairs of choes a month ago and received only two emails from Belkmalls , even no replies for the emails I am sending to them. After being following the track record, it's appearing something is not right, receiving updates not on exactly day, for example today I can see the tracking date's from the courier for yesterday, the time is curious even after mn times for delivery, the strange is that they are writing about issues to get to my address!!!
Ther is no any sign to receive what I had ordered, so how to claim refund?!

Absolute rip off by this company. Sent incorrect size and colour. Not good quality. Unable to contact the company.
