I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this site not to do so.
I bought a pair of boots from this site when they arrived they looked beautiful and fitted well, but after wearing them twice one of the decorative buttons fell off. After contacting them, their first reply to me was a 10% refund after I refused this offer they replied with another offer of 20% . It will cost nearly as much again return the boots back to them. Please be a where of this site.

This piece of plastic arrived and shocked at the quality which was not fit for use. A total waste of time, effort and postage for something classed as unfit to even pass on to the charity shops, I’ve binned it and the best place. Wish I had read the reviews on this product instead of buying in haste. 🥹😢😩😭

Cheap poor quality goods. Nowhere near true to size. Based in China. Refuse to give refund.

They go by several names I believe and I came across them like most on FB
Selling and advertising a well known high street brand - Clark’s
These they are not!!!!!
The boots took Approx 2-3 weeks then came by Hermes Uk to Uk 😂
Would guess they are bulked shipped to UK then shipped out

Strong chemicals - would never put my feet in these if in fact I could get them in at all!!
Brought a size up for some reason but even then far too small
These were just nasty and not fit for purpose or even a charity shop! They went in the bin and that’s being kind

I got in touch with the seller who was far from helpful and from what I can gather from other reviews have said the exact spiel to every other buyer
Offering between 10-30% refund to ‘keep’ the product and harped on about how expensive to justify themselves of shipping back to china which in fact costs Approx £25 which I think they are well aware of this!!! And play on this factor

So I contacted my card provider who were brilliant!
TBH not the first they have encountered these guys either

I’m shocked that Meta would even entertain these cowboys and they in my opinion are pure scammers
My lesson learnt not to buy through any advert via social media at all !!!!
I will have nothing to do with this company again and shame they can get away with this it’s disgusting and really they don’t deserve my time for a review but to warn others of this behaviour and crap so called business antics please folks be aware. Be V aware and do not part with any money from this company !!!!

The quality of the boots I ordered were appalling. The description in the advertisement was totally wrong. The boots were thin, made with cheap fabric, were not warm and were certainly not waterproof. Dreadful response from the company, I certainly would not order from them again.

The boots advertised looked very similar to a pair I'd already got, so I ordered a pair, besides it was a UK company.
Colour was different to advert, style, sole, inner material...need I go on. Ive photos to show comparison

Beware of buying from this company and be careful as they trade under other names. I bought boots, which were supposed to be leather orthopaedic designed with arch support and warm lined, delivered within the UK. The boots were delivered squashed inside a cheap plastic bag, the boots were cheap unwearable plastic, returns only to China, costs to myself refunds only on receipt (got the feeling they wouldn’t be received) and a caveat that tracked returns postage will be more than refund, so why bother. It’s a CON.

Don’t buy from this company, I foolishly didn’t do my research before ordering. As everyone says on here the boots are rubbish and returns too costly
I think this company should be avoided at all costs

Didn’t arrive for over 2 weeks when they did not a true size so don’t fit plus leather my ars plastic rubbish

I purchased what were meant to be a pair of Clarks fur lined boots via an advert on Facebook. The boots took over 10 days to arrive as they come from China. Nothing like Clarks shoes, they are unbranded and I can't even get my feet in the boots, and I ordered my usual size. I raised a case against the seller via Paypal to which they eventually responded asking me to return the item to China or a 30% refund to keep the item (this response seems a common theme looking at the reviews on here). I will not be returning the item to China as the postage cost would be more than I actually paid for the item in the first place (as the seller kindly advised me in their response) and I also will not be accepting a 30% refund. I then escalated the case via Paypal to which the seller responded that they would offer a full refund if I returned the item to China. I have been in contact with Paypal today via phone and as a goodwill gesture they have given me a voucher equivalent to the cost I paid for these shoddy boots. I don't see why Paypal should be out of pocket due to a company that is a massive scam. I should have done more research before purchasing this item via an advert on Facebook. The comments about the boots on the advert were all positive but since I realise this company delete all negative comments on Facebook.

Where do I start. The most awful boots iv ever bought. The material is like cardboard, badly made, i got the shoes out couldn't get my foot in them even though I ordered the biggest size, size 9 in wide foot which is my normal size. I then measured them with a foot gauge I had at home, put the measurements in online, came up size 7. So not true to size. They are lying saying they are based in Birmingham when they are not as my parcel came from China.

I very nearly purchased two sets of boots for myself and my sister. Thankfully I checked another more trustworthy site out instead and ordered from them. I'm so glad I did after reading these reviews. However since I viewed them on 27/11/23 I have received 7 emails to tell me I left items in my cart which I consider to be bordering on harassment and I have now blocked them!!!

Ordered a pair of fur lined boots from a Facebook advert as a Christmas gift, upon receipt from China the boots were an ill fitting size (were for my wife and wouldn’t fit my teenage daughter!) they stank of glue and very poor quality, nothing like the picture. After a couple of emails, as others have reported, the company offers a 20% refund without return, with the “sell” that returning is costly, a tracked service must be used, it’ll take at least 1 month to go back and could get lost, so reluctantly I’ve accepted the 20%. Avoid this company at all costs, they breach all conditions of the Consumer rights act 2015; distance selling laws but being based in China they are probably exempt from any of this. Disgraceful. PS purchased a similar pair from a well known reliable retailer in the UK beginning with N and ending in T !!

I bought a pair of boots from them early November they was the wrong size I returned them on the day they was delivered. Over 6 weeks I'm still waiting for a refund after numerous emails telling them i want my money back with no success so I'm been honest not a good seller they take your money and dont issue refunds or answer your emails very Dissatisfied with this company beware other customers it cost me over 25 quid for the boots

Please do not use this company. Ordered boots, nothing like advertised.Cannot get feet in boots as ankle so narrow. Have to pay return postage to china for refund. Going to find out how much that is, to see if worthwhile. Maybe it will be a lesson learned, but cheap buy twice.

Mine arrived today. Don't waste your money, they're not leather, they're nothing as described made from cheap plastic. Couldn't even get them on even though they were a size 40 and ima 39. I will be trying for a refund through PayPal

I ordered a pair of boots, took ages to arrive. Packaged in just a plastic bag with no paperwork in. I ordered a 6 and you couldn't get them on a child, the ankle is so narrow. I asked for a refund and got £1.99 back. I wish I'd looked at tge reviews first as clearly they are not a company to be ordering from.

Waited ages for these boots arriving. They came with knocked toes as only in a basic plastic type bag The quality is poor, in my opinion a typical cheap mass produced Chinese product. There are two descriptions of the lining of the boots, one states warm wool lining the other states synthetic fur. Claimed to be designed by a team of podiatrists and orthopaedists and HAND MADE (not). No paperwork with them and no size on the boots. They are supposed to be wide fit. The right boot is too tight across the toes and the wool construction gapes around the lower calf and doesn't grip. The thin insole lining to the toe area right foot is not fully stuck down. Basically they look cheap and nasty.

When you purchase it states last day of promotion and 50% off but every day appears to be the same ongoing offer of 50% off so looks like its the regular price.

So you find Belkmalls website and the following is the message you see:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.

Big con, not a transparent company. DON'T BUY.

Very unimpressed very uncomfortable, cheap rubbish not fur lined, come up very small. Very disappointed that I fell for them. Please don't waste your money on them

Having read the reviews on here I fortunately did NOT purchase the boots and shoes from this company but was unable to remove them from the basket. They have since April sent me 32 emails to date chasing me to complete my order. These have increased to twice a week now. I have requested to be removed from their database, advised them I don't want the goods but they just keep coming..........
