Ordered boots with buttons (with elastic lacing between) and fleece lining. Arrived quickly. BUT there was ONLY buttons, NO fleece lining, and scuffed - NO way are they leather.
Contacted their customer services told it would be very expensive to return and lo and behold when I saw return address it
was in China. The advert gives the impression they are based in UK.
After a few emails I received £3.99 refund. What a joke. The reviews you see on their website make me think they are an employee modelling one par of boots.

What can I say, its shocking to think that vulnerable people are being sold absolute rubbish diguised as the real thing!! My poor 82 year old Mum was conned by these people. She bought 'what she thought' were sketchers for £27 + postage, so they wer not cheap. They are going to be 'Landfil' because they are the most uncomfotable shoe you can imagine!! at least they could try harder... I'm just wondering how much rubbish they are churning out into the environment. They have not answered any of Mums request for a refund, its truly shocking!!! Mums name is M. Do not buy anything from this company
As they have a UK website, I was stupid enough to think they shipped from UK, they ship from China, the shies were total rubbish and did not fit. They told me it would cost me a lot to return them to China, and offered me 20% refund which was £9, we exchanged 15 emails
I agreed to accept £25 they have refunded £9 the shoes will go in the bin.... fraudsters, taking your money.

Although very comfortable the quality is very poor. Not leather, not orthopaedic, no arch support. I tried to cancel my order within 10 hours as specified after reading these reviews but they delayed me with a return email question overnight so they would not cancel. They did arrive quickly and I shall wear them for light gardening.

I purchase a pair of boots back in November it took ages gor them to arrive and when they did i was shocked of the poor quality after a week of wearing them you would of thought they were 6 months old the sole had started coming away from the boot all the material was faking off the boot they were a mess sent pictures to belkmaill who offered me 10% i declined then offered me 20% which i agreed as couldn't be doing with the agitations on sending them back and it taking months to sort please read reviews before buying to save you heart ach and hassel

No problem with the boots themselves. They are very comfortable. The buttons keep falling off and I shouldn’t have to keep sticking them back on again. Thankfully I haven’t lost any as yet please advise

Proper description of product I.e not leather as cited but plastic.
Correct sizing their about 1.5 sizes difference to advertised.

I sent them back but their stuck in customs. They responded to my emails quickly but were asking for delivery information, which of couse I don't have because their in customs..

Scam! They sent a random product instead of the one I ordered and then say you have to pay to send them back to China.

I bought a pair of boots with side buttons and picture showed laces/ elastic between buttons. Arrived, nothing between buttons. Wore for an hours and right foot was hurting. Tried again for another hour and hobbling from pain in foot. Fine wearing own shoes but took 2 wks for pain to go. Agreed to pay 20% refund in an email but only paid me 10% despite previous agreement

Don’t be tempted!!!Like other reviewers I would give no stars if I could. Supposedly wide fitting boots very tight and uncomfortable in every way! Return? Eventually got a reply to my email. 10% offered! I asked for address for where to send them. 20% offered and a whole spiel about how expensive it would be, might take a month to get there might got lost etc etc! Ridiculous how these companies get away with it!

Hi I just received my today and is perfect ,but took me 5 weeks to receive,

I order pair of shoe like slippers about 3 weeks ago and not had nothing or any heard from them think I have been scammed 🤔😔

No response from them re: boots that are too small; the sizing is way off by the way! Just glad I didn't spend much on them but wish I'd checked Trustpilot first.

Such awful reviews which I wish I had seen prior to ordering. I received ladies boots 2 sizes too big. Ordered UK size 4 and received EU 39 which is UK size 6. The boots are too big. They have not responded to a single email. I have now taken it up with PayPal as that is how I paid. I will update with news as and when.
I suggest you do not order anything from this company. They are certainly not credible.

If I could give no stars I would. Like others tried to return items offered 10% then 20% refund then heard nothing when I said I would accept 30%. Terrible company, wish I had taken note of reviews.

Absolutely terrible. Not well made, completely the wrong size. So cross

Had a poor experience. The shoes were too small but I thought they were unattractive so asked for a refund. They said the postage costs were too high to warrant sending them back. I can keep the shoes but will give me a 10% refund. That amounted to £1.49. Little point in complaining as they don't respond. There was nothing helpful to give credit where it was due.

Ordered boots sold as wide fit which when they came were very narrow. After contacting them, their first reply to me was a 10% refund after I refused this offer they replied with another offer of 20% . It will cost nearly as much again return the boots back to them. Please beware of this site. They are scammers and con artists

I ordered some lovely looking boots from this company with a cast iron guarantee of 100% refund if dissatisfied. I got them and they sent a smaller size even though I had ordered the correct size. I emailed them and they said that shipping costs would be too expensive so they will offer a 10% refund and I could keep the boots that are useless to me. This was their fault. I emailed saying I wasn’t happy with that and they have ignored me. AVOID THIS COMPANY EVEN THOUGH THE BOOTS LOOK LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
Btw do not try putting a review on their social media advert. It says only if you have ordered them and even when I put my order number on the review it wouldn’t post it. The other reviews are all 5 stars, mine was 0.5 star so that may be the reason it wouldn’t post!!!
