Honest, helpful and constructive is something that this company is NOT!! I waited several weeks for my sandals to arrive, I did as they advised and ordered a size up for extra width, they arrived eventually, very poor quality, not finished off at all, and the straps were so short they didnt go around my foot at all. I asked for a refund and was offered 10% because to post back to them was too expensive for me, but I could keep the sandals, not that they are any good. This is a rip off! Why are they being sponsored by Facebook???

I ordered a pair of trainers from this company and feel an absolute fool . I read reviews on instagram and they were positive . When i did not receive the trainers I requested that they either provided the trainers or a refund . They responded by having the post removed .

I ordered 3 bras and 6 weeks later 3 pairs of knickers arrived which wouldn't fit anyway. They offered me a 25% discount to keep them or send them back to china and pay the return postage, with a warning that I would have to have proof they arrived. I think I would be throwing good money after bad. I am not sure if I can do anything through paypal.

LSM00134537: AVOID! Website says returns and refunds! I ordered five pairs, two for my mum and three for myself. I waited a month for them to arrive. Three pairs were totally different to what I ordered, the other 2 pairs weren't the correct size. I contacted them and was offered 10% and keep the shoes! I'm absolutely fuming to be scammed like this.

I would have preferred no stars.
This company are dishonest don’t deal with them. When I contacted them to ask when the shoes I ordered would arrive they said.” We have no record of your purchase, fortunately I was able to show them proof of purchase.
Finally the shoes arrived but not as ordered they sent the wrong size.
So I asked for a return address and. Refund £24.
They told me that as the shoes were cheap they would give me a 10% refund, as it would likely cost me more than the shoes were worth to return them.
My conclusion is that this is a dishonest company.

So today I finally received my two pairs of boots, please do not order anything from this company the first pair seemed ok but when putting them on I felt cardboard at the toes within the material definitely a fire hazard, the second pair not what I ordered completely different and wrong size the quality of these boots are shocking never will I shop online again, stuck to high street shopping from now on too many untrustworthy sites and nobody does anything about it when it's flagged up😡🤬

In January I ordered a pair of boots from this company which arrived 21st February! When I tried them on, I could not even get my foot into them - I ordered a size up anticipating they may be on the small side too - so there was no hope. I have contacted Belkmalls on several occasions to ask for a refund, and to date have received no communication from them at all, not even an acknowledgement. Looking at the other reviews, I doubt very much I will get a satisfactory outcome from this anyway, so will be giving these boots to my local charity shop, thinking that something good will come out of this at least!! Poor show Belkmalls, poor show!! I would not recommend !!

In order to save time and effort, we are willing to offer you a 20% refund of the product fee as compensation, and you can keep the item without sending it back to us. (There are certain risks in returning the package, and it may take 1 month to return the package, and the package may be lost on the way)
Before you make a final decision, you can check with your local post office for return shipping costs.

So glad ive read these reviews, ive been ripped off by companys advertising on FB finally learned my lesson 🙏🏻

I don't usually check reviews, as I've read so many "obviously-false" ones, but for some reason I did, today.

I had 2 pairs of shoes in my basket, but have now emptied it, & not proceeded with my order. I'm so grateful for your reviews. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I initially thought this was a UK company looking at their website only to find out after I had placed an order that they are in China. I ordered 2 pairs of boots size 6 wide fit, it took an eternity for them to arrive & when they did finally arrive they did not fit, definitely not size 6 wide fit & very poor quality, I contacted them to receive a reply offering a 10% refund to which I declined & asked again to return the items as they are not fit for purpose as they are such poor quality (fit for the bin), I then got the same spill about how expensive it is to return & there was no guarantee they would receive them & a offer of a 20% refund, I then asked them to arrange a collection & give me a full refund, guess what! no reply at all, I have now been in contact with my CC company to ask for a chargeback, I am amazed this company are still allowed to trade!! Avoid at all cost people, do not under any circumstances buy from them.

I've just read the reviews and my heart has sunk. I feel such a fool by ordering x2 trainer style shoes which might I add, I ordered them 29th February 2024. They still have not arrived, whether they will or not or in what condition they will arrive in, remains to be seen. Here's hoping but one disappointed customer.

Ordered black boots .. they took 2 months to arrive only to be bright red and awful quality .. offered me 10% off then 15%, and finally 20% all of which I am refusing as I will never wear them. If I send them back they are refusing to pay postage which they keep telling me is really expensive, with all these bad reviews how the hell is this company still in action total scammers 😡

I wish I could give no stars but this is not an option. Really disappointed with this company. I fell for their advertising on Facebook after I had literally “fell” and hurt myself in snow and ice. Ordered two pairs of boots in black and purple, waited for weeks, emailed but had reassurance from the company that they were coming. Eventually boots arrived but were nothing like what had been advertised. I emailed them to ask about discrepancies in descriptions and got nothing back. The zips on both pairs of boots broke after a few wears. Again I emailed to ask about a refund and got no reply. I’m not going to bother chasing replacement boots or a refund now. I’m just putting it down to experience. Always check out the company on Trustpilot first, especially if it’s a company you see on Facebook.

Terrible company customer service. I ordered grey shoes and received navy . Requested a return and was told it was at my expense back to china ! Argued my case and was offered 10% discount then 15%, they are now ignoring my emails. Avoid this company.
Wish I had read all the bad reviews before I ordered!

1st order I bought a pair of boots with delivery, they are fine.
2nd order I bought three items. One was right, two other items were wrong. Instead Orthopedic Sandals and Orthopedic Sneakers they sent 2 pairs cheap Sandals 🫣. They offer me 5%, then 10%, 20%, now 25%.
I'm still working on it as I want a full refund or two right items.

Had 2pairs of trainers delivered, supposed to be size 41 they were packed differently, when alongside each other the pink ones looked half the size,I could not get them on, the other pair fitted fine, there was no information about returns , when I eventually made contact I was told it was not cost effective to return the I’ll fitting ones & they couldn’t guarantee they would receive them,they offered a 10% refund which I felt I had no choice but to accept but have not yet received . I buy a lot on line & have never come across anything as bad as this before. I will never use them again

Terrible service. I have requested 4 times to have my details removed from their system. Every single email has been ignored. I'm sure this violates some GDPR code or something. They keep sending me emails saying I have items in my basket. I am unable to remove the item and other details associated. DISGUSTING
