Shoes received today Do not buy from this company, the shoes are not leather but plastic, I ordered a size above my normal size and they still don't fit. There's glue on show around the sole. Not received in a shoe box but plastic bag and shoe is creased. There is no return address in the package.

Absolutely Dreadful. I ordered a pair of black sandals but received red shoes!! I’m told if I return the shoes I have to pay the cost of shipping (to China)!! I have requested they send me the item I ordered and paid for on 4th June but this is ignored. AVOID THIS WEBSITE

The sandals are not size 6 as ordered - probably 5. The colour advertised as yellow is tan and the quality poor. I have tried to get a refund and return label without success so far. Really disappointed but not prepared to let this go.

I would not give it 1star give it 0 star. They are a con and a scam

Ordered a pair and then read the reviews. Emailed them to cancelled the order. Although we were 10 hours within their cancellation deadline, they refused to refund our money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Like everyone else, I wish I had thought of looking at Trust Pilot reviews first and then I would not have bought from them. Ordered 2 pairs of sandals, both of which are very poor quality and do not fit. As everyone else mentions, they are packaged very tightly in a plastic bag too. Having spent £40 on them, I have emailed several times requesting a refund and what the return address is as the address on the package for returns is stated as Unit 1, Heathrow International, Hounslow, TW4 6HB! Doesn't look like a correct address to me!!!??? I have received 1 email offering the 10% refund others have mentioned and to keep the products, but seeing as this would only amount to £4, it hardly seems worth the fight! However, I am going to persist as I am fed up of companies like this in China, ripping off us hard working people.

I ve tried to order brown sandal shoes but too long to get details and payments is too slow like kept going round the circle... I shall not be ordering again in the future because it makes me think is might be spam...

Received pair of sandals described as orthopaedic which I ordered as I have back problems.
When they arrived it was clear to see they were certainly not orthopaedic. They were squashed in a bag with straps stuck to insole. Insoles cheap and slippy with no padding, straps are loose around toes.
I emailed for a refund and I was offered 10% discount and keep the sandals as returning them was too expensive!
I refused this and after several emails they offered 20% refund as their final offer.
I reluctantly accepted this and will donate them to a charity shop.
Wished I had seen these reviews before I purchased but how can there be so many good reviews on Facebook ? Lesson learnt!

Another bad experience.
I recently ordered some flat shoes size 41. What I eventually received was a shoddy pair of shoes which vaguely looked liked the picture in the promotion, marked as size 43, but were actually a size 38, and I could not get my feet into them. Having now read all the reviews and of the difficulty of returning the items with virtually no hope of a refund I will cut my losses and donate the items to a local charity.

Bought a pair of trainers - looked good, fitted well, but the soles are of poor construction. The spaces between the raised parts of the tread is very thin and have already parted in places. After just a few weeks, the soles are no longer waterproof.

This company doesn’t even deserve a one star. After reading great reviews on Facebook I ordered sandals. Received my orthopaedic sandals tonight and I am so disappointed. They were squashed together tightly inside plastic bag cracking the plastic straps such poor quality. Very cheap looking and definitely not orthopaedic as described. I have sent an email asking for refund. Don’t hold much hope though reading previous comments.

Purchased a pair of wide fit heeled shoes - they finally arrived and looked nice but by no means wide fit and certainly not the size ordered! Contacted them to return for refund, asked not to return and offered 10%. I rejected this and then offered 15% and a voucher to spend. I don’t want a voucher as don’t want to buy anything from them again! Given an address in China to return but no guarantee they would receive it and had to pay cost. Should this company be trading like this in the UK? Seems like there are no consumer rights at all. Looks like many others have experienced similar, wish I had checked out before buying.

Avoid! I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I've been waiting over 2 weeks now for some sandals. They are not responding to my emails, I've asked for a refund but I won't hold my breath

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for my holiday,when they arrived the velcro was in the wrong place and I couldn't fasten them so started emailing this company, after several emails which is a bogus address because they eventually bounce back as undeliverable. I found a phone number on their website, that doesn't work either. Guess I'm stuck with 2 useless pairs of sandals and out of pocket £40

Very poor quality of the product, lasted 5 hours wearing them in an office and the sandals broke on the way home. Very disappointed

I ordered a pair of so-called wide fit shoes from this company. When they arrived, they appeared very well made but I could not get my feet into them despite displaying a size that was larger than the one ordered. On emailing the company for a return and refund I was offered 10% of the price back and to keep the shoes as it would not be economic to pay the postage. On objecting to this I was offered 15% and for me to bear the cost of return to China, with a warning that the shoes might not make it to them. The parcel, when it arrived, had a return address in this country. I cannot sell these shoes on any second hand sites as I do not know what size they are!!! This company should not be operating in this way in this country. I wish I had looked on Trustpilot before entering into any transactions with them.

1 star is too good for this company. Ordered sandals which arrived damaged. They are unwearable. All attempts to contact this company have been ignored. I wish everyone ignored their posts as they are a bad company to deal with and take money and deliver sub standard goods. Then they ignore all communications. Dreadful

I would give zero stars if I could. After finally receiving a pair of boots advertised on FB (I should of learnt my lesson by now) They were not warm, tight, though I ordered wide fit. Had no reply from customer services. Once spring arrived I tried them out. Only good thing was they did seem water proof. That lasted about 4 weeks. Soaking wet feet, after examining boots, both had a split in material, not even a seam. Wast of money.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and they sent the wrong size. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 10%, then 15% then 20% refund and to keep the shoes. Not much use when they are the wrong size!

I have been in touch with trading standards. This company also trade as SELON. THEY ARE REGISTERED IN THE UK AND THEREFORE HAVE TO ABIDE BY UK LAW. I SUGGEST CONTACTING YOUR CITIZENS ADVICE AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A SAMPLE LETTER TO SEND TO THE COMPANY. FAILURE FOR THEM TO RESPOND YOU THEN GO TO YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD WHO WILL GET THE MONEY BACK FOR YOU. DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS GET AWAY WITH THIS ANY LONGER! we have rights in this country. Take it to the small claims court if you do not get a resolution.

If I could give minus stars I would.
Ordered two pairs of “foot supporting” boots.
When they eventually arrived they were badly packed so leather was creased.
Had no support at all and were poor quality and not true to size.
When I contacted them I was offered a 10% refund, when I declined this was increased to 15%.
With a long explanation about how returning them at my own cost to China would be prohibitively expensive.
I accepted this offer as I could not be bothered with the hassle.
They will be donated to charity!
