Purchased some items for a birthday present, paid for a 2-3 delivery. its 8 working days later and they still haven't arrived.
By this point I've already had to buy another present - waste of time, wouldn't recommend

I bought 2 x gift sets before Christmas because the image showed a full size hoola make up as part of the set. When they arrived they were minis so I contacted them and returned the products. I am still waiting for a refund after nearly 3 weeks. Customer services aren't helping at all. Asking questions that they already have the answers to.

I haven’t recieved my parcel.i asked for replacement but they won’t.
Asked for refund but nobody reply since then

buy their advent calendar every year, its really lovely and I love their mascara

La pire expérience de ma vie. Aucune considération, rabaissée en permanence, le salaire ridicule,même pas un smic, obliger de faire plein de papier reporting tableau chaque jours chaque semaine mi mois fin de mois. Bref pire que si nous étions à notre propre compte. Les prime son calculer pour pas les faire. Personne ne reste plus d’un ans les clientes elle même comprenne qu’il y’a un pb Bref fuyez car il ne se remette pas en question donc aucun changement ne sera effectué. Pour ma part démissionné a été pour moi une délivrance. Ah oui j’allais oublier mails sur vos jours de repos arrêt maladie congé à plus de 20h etc…. Jen Arrivais à avoir peur de ma boite mails.

Had an eyebrow wax at the counter - Jessica did a great job of my eyebrows - was friendly professional and knowledgeable about the products. Ending up purchasing extra items and had some great comments through out the rest of the day re the lashes n brows - great job Jessica @ Watford boots

I bought a Benefit concealer at Morleys in Bexleyheath today and was served by Daniela.
She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and took time to explain products...a very positive experience.

Bought an eyebrow pencil as a gift for friend. I know its a good product so I was happy withy boots at Waterloo purchase. When I gave it to her it was so old it looked like I was giving her junk! So upsetting! On the plus side the assistant Zoe was just lovely. But its not worked out at all and I am embarrassed.

One of my favourite cosmetic brands, I love the colours, I love the vibes and I love my bronzer and mascara.

Went into John Lewis today and Lauren was serving at the counter. Nothing was to much trouble for her she helped with both the products and all the relevant information.

i wish i could give this company 0 stars. i tried ordering a mascara from them but it kept telling me sorry gorgeous something went wrong so i tried it a few more times to make sure i was doing it right, but it was the same thing over and over again, so i messaged customer service to see what was going on and they never got back to me and a couple days later i check my bank account and they took over $40 from me. i messaged them again to make sure i would be getting my money back and am still waiting for them to get back to me. do not order from their website just go to ulta or something.

J’ai passé commande il y a 10 jours, 5 jours après j’envoie un mail pour savoir où en ai ma commande (parce que même en créant un compte client sur le site il n’y a pas de rubrique commande ou on peut suivre celles ci chose que je trouve très louche!!!). Le lendemain je reçois un mail comme quoi la commande a eteétait envoyé je clique sur le lien qui me redirige vers le site de la poste et je vois que le colis était toujours chez benefit !!je me dit peut être je verrai le suivi que le lendemain mais Nonnnn 5 jours après le colis est toujours chez benefit!!!! Donc je décide d’appeler ce matin le service client qui m’annonce que le colis a été envoyé mais on sait pas où est ce qu il est !!!!!d après la conseillère il y a eu peut être erreur de flash au niveau de la poste mais si c’était le cas j aurais déjà reçu mon colis!!!!
Bref, achetez vos produits benefit chez sephora et jamais sur leur site pour ma part je voulais découvrir leur gamme de produits mais ce sera la dernier fois !!ils m ont prélevé le lendemain de la commande avant même d envoyé le colis et ça ce n’est pas pro du tout et ça suscite meme des doutes sur leur fiabilité !!la semaine dernier j ai reçu un électroménager acheté sur Amazon et venant d’Allemagne également sauf que je l ai reçu en 3 jours et je n’ai pas été prélevé que 5 jours après c’est à dire 2 jours après avoir reçu ma commande sachant que c’était un article qui coûte cher !!

I have bought from Benefit online around 6 times. Each time, I spent around £20-40 and the products arrived within 3-4 days which is fine. Most of these times, it has allowed me to choose several free samples of a product of my choice. The free samples themselves last around a month, (they are around half the size of the original product, worth around £10 each). On one occasion they sent a whole pack of samples which meant I didn’t have to buy any more products from them for months! So far I have only had good experiences of buying from Benefit online.

My order has been pending for weeks, the staff said the authorise fund was holding my payment. So I contacted my authorise fund to cancel it, but they said Benefit company was holding it!

The website is also horrible. It doesn’t practical at all. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Can’t find direct phone number of this company, too.

Beware. I ordered products on 12/31/2020 from IG. On January 12th I checked the status and it was still on order received. I was going to just cancel but I couldn’t because they only give you 30 minutes to cancel. I sent their IG page a message asking if they could provide an update on my order. I never got a response so I reached out to IG on the 12th and they contacted Benefits on my behalf. Within an hour or so Benefit sent me an email stating that my item was “shipped and in transit”. I checked on the status for my self and saw that they changed the status to shipped. On January 18th I checked the tracking they gave me and it said “this item has not been received, waiting on shipper to send to usps”. So I called the customer service number and the lady told me that my item has been shipped and it will take 10 business days from January 11th to show up on usps tracking! What? She told me if I don’t see a tracking status by January 25th to call back!!!! Never again will I order from this company.

Benefits' homepage on its website currently states "Free shipping on all orders," yet when I try to use the shipping code it has a price restriction. There isn't even an asterisk on the claim--not that that would cover the company legally, because using the words "all" and "everything" are legally binding. This is false advertising and so illegal. I am a copywriter, so I know how bad this is--and it isn't the first time I've experienced this on Benefits' website.

I tried to reach out to Benefit twice back in December about unsatisfactory experiences on its website. The first email was afforded a dismissive response, and Benefit didn't even bother to respond to my second email. I have been a loyal customer since 2015. I even tried to get over the issues I experienced in December by shopping again today because there is one product they have that is very unique. But I am done. I am also going to make it my business to turn over the screen shots of their false advertisement to the FTC, since the FTC is always on top of the brand I work for for doing next to nothing. Benefits' carelessness and disregard to laws makes it so difficult to be a copywriter in this industry.

PS, there is a dupe for Benefits' push up liner by Maybelline called Lasting Drama Gel Liner. You can get it for a fraction of the cost, too.

Quick delivery and easy website. Only got one free sample, like another review said, but that didn’t bother me. Overall, worth it and I haven’t witnessed anything bad when purchasing from the brand like some other reviews have said they have. I think the process was very quick and a lovely gift!

Terrible, just awful, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Slow, unhelpful, disappointing, just avoid them if you can, I’ll never buy anything of theirs again just out of principle. And they will announce what is inside the box so if you have bought a Christmas present I’d suggest sending elsewhere as they are a bunch of tone-deaf unhelpful unprofessional time wasters
