All good no problems at all

The easiest purchase of a bed that I have ever made 10/10 for customer service 🛌

​If I could give zero stars, I would. In 2021, I spent over £4,000 on a Super King Ottoman bed and what was sold to me as a "deluxe" mattress. I was promised, point-blank, a 10-year no-quibble guarantee. I was told that if the mattress failed or if I wasn't happy, it would be swapped.

​Complete and utter lies.

​By 2024, this expensive mattress has completely collapsed. All four corners have massive sagging on both sides, and there is a huge hump in the middle. It’s like sleeping in a trench.

​Bensons sent an "assessor" who had the audacity to claim this is "natural settlement." What a load of rubbish. I bought my daughter the King Size version of this exact bed in 2022, and it is still like new. My Super King is a defective piece of junk, yet Bensons are refusing to honour their own guarantee, refusing a refund, and refusing a replacement.

​They are quite happy to take your thousands of pounds, but as soon as the product fails, their "customer service" disappears. They are liars and thieves who rely on scripted excuses to avoid their legal obligations.

​I am now forced to spend even more money elsewhere to get a bed that actually works and a company that treats customers with a shred of decency.

​DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You are better off sleeping on the floor than trusting this company with your money. Disgusting.

From the advice given when buying the mattress to being notified ofdelivery, the service was excellent. On the delivery day, the driver rang to let me know how long they would be and they wore overdhoes. I was very grateful for this as it had been raining and when I had another mattress delivered last year, the drivers didn't do this. I would not hesitate to recommend Bensons.

From the help in the store choosing a bed, the regular updates on delivery dates, reminders of the time on the day of delivery, great guys who delivered it, and the quality of the bed, the end to end experience was excellent.

Was sick of my terrible quality mattress bed factory sold me. Went in to the UKs house hold name bensons! Wasn’t messing about told the lovely women who served me show me your best. Recommended me the igel 6000. Slept on it for 3 nights back pains all gone, best I’ve felt in years. Highly recommend.

Aisling, the fantastic assistant at the Aintree showroom, went above and beyond to help my Mum in her quest to find a suitable adjustable bed. So much so, that I also bought a bed I had not yet planned to buy! We are both so happy with our purchases, the deal we were offered, and the assistance we received from Aisling.

The staff are always on hand to help you. We talked to a member of staff and explained what we wanted in a bed. They were so helpful, we bought a bed thet we are so pleased with. Thank you Bensons

We were impressed by Bensons when purchasing our new mattress. The Sales Assistant was extremely helpful and no pressure to purchase was applied. Having narrowed our choice down we made a second visit before deciding on the Hypnos, and we are delighted with our purchase. We chose a firm mattress & having slept on it for a week we know that we made the correct choice for us.

Helpful and explains in detail all the costs

Excellent service from the shop to deliver. Shop staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Delivery guys were great. Phoned in advance and had gps tracking.

From beginning to end it was a positive experience
