Next time I will order from somewhere else or online.
This time I made the mistake of buying the most expensive Tempur Cloud pillow on the market from the store and was told that they cannot replace or refund it under any circumstances. My neck has been worse since using the pillow. The same pillow that you try in the store felt completely different to the one I brought home as it had probably been worn in and softened over a long period with several members of the public trying it (despite the reason for not being able to return it: being unhygienic!) After recently buying two beds from the same store I would expect better customer service and in retrospect have since learned to my regret, that had I order it online I would have had a 30 day trial period!

Huge selection of beds & great customer service
We have just purchased a new mattress from Bensons; a replacement purchase for our zip & link bed (also originally bought from Bensons). The shop is great (Ashford branch), the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. We were served again by Wendy who is so enthusiastic and happy to help. We were lucky to get a bank holiday offer which gave a big saving!

The staff at Bensons Ashford Kent…
The staff at Bensons Ashford Kent listened carefully to my special requirements and were able to quickly show me suitable bedframe/mattress for my wife (now in hospital). She was able to approve the new bed from illustrations supplied by Bensons and also had very useful briefing by phone by staff.
Bensons have been most helpful in arranging rapid dismantling of old Edwardian bed (which has been done very satisfactorily).
