Delivery was dismal. It was in allocated time but the delivery men left it in a room in box. Wouldn’t open it. I knew when buying it there was no assemble but I was assured it would be taken out of box and waste removed. Had no joy from store and customer service couldn’t assist. Said also that I couldn’t return it as it was more than 7 days since purchase. As an elderly citizen I found the whole experience distressing and disappointing. Would not shop there again.

Good and helpful sales experience with Rhiannon and easy install experience with a nice team who took care of it quickly and easily.

I love my new small double bed.Quality ash frame,solid mattress and matching bedside cabinet fit perfectly in to our spare room.

Paul and John were were very friendly, knowledgeable of the products and were not too pushy. The Ayr store is a great asset to the Benson for Beds company and would recommend a personal visit rather than ordering online.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of stock, helped with choosing beds and mattress within our price range. It was good to be able to see, feel and try beds rather than guessing what you'd get by looking online. Staff explained about delivery and next steps.

From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left, we were treated with courtesy, understanding and professionalism. Paul encouraged us to take our time and try out each bed to ensure we were 100% happy with our choice. He left my husband and me alone to ensure we weren't being pressurised. When we decided to buy, he continued to offer services which we may have required and he was confident that he had covered all bases. We're delighted with our purchase and we'd be happy to return in the future when we need to change our other bed.

Staff helpful but not pushy, showed us a few items relevant to our request then left us to look around and decide. Hot beverages offered whilst delivery date and paperwork were sorted out. Didnt push for us to take extras. Overall a calm ,pleasant shopping experience .

Bensons have on the whole provided an excellent service. The website is great for managing the delivery as far as changing delivery times and address and you can track delivery on the day. Communication was mostly great. I did want to speak to the delivery team though and was told I would get a call from them 30minutes beforehand which I didn’t. So there was a bit of a delay when they arrived which could have been avoided. But the bed was delivered and put together successfully.
