Excellent product range and quality...the welcome, knowledge and guidance from Marcus was particularly impressive.

I hate shopping, so choosing a bed with a teen daughter was going to be a nightmare. Bensons were great. They gave her a great selection and demonstrated the comfort while keeping directed towards my budget choices. As this ordered less than 2 weeks before Christmas I was worried I might be best to wait for the sales; Bensons agreed to match any sale price and true to their word I got a call just minutes after 9 on boxing day, informing me of the sale price and my price reduction. Result!

Masoom was very helpful, courteous, excellent in his advice, showing us two types of ottoman beds, headboards, choice of material, then left us to peruse & there for any questions we had, which we had re remote controled ottoman. Excellent in advising us on delivery etc. Would recommend Masoon to any prospective buyer.

Our experience at Bensons for Beds was a real tonic. We were treated with true customer service. It was the right balance between being helpful and leaving us to browse whilst giving us all the information we needed to make a decision.

Mas, the store manager in Bedford was on hand to assist me with my choice of bed. He is very knowledgeable and as well as his professional manner he was very friendly and accommodating. I got a great deal on a mattress too. He went the extra mile by asking his team ( thanks to them too) to take the mattress I wanted out from the back so I could try it on a bed.

From the moment we came through the door we were made welcome. We told the ladies (Kyan & Darior) what we were looking for and they directed us to the right location in the shop, there was no pressure selling and they were always available to answer any questions we had. Well pleased with the price and the service we were given.
