The delivery was done between the allotted time period. The delivery staff followed our instructions which was great. However we were not forwarded at the point of purchase that we would have to be responsible for unpacking the furniture ourselves!

The shop assistant Scott was what made our experience truly amazing. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He made us feel at ease and with his guidance we found the perfect mattress for us. I couldn’t recommend and praise the service highly enough. An amazing experience!
I bought a bed from bensons on Friday 21st august in the new shop in burnley. My experience was 10/10 as the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We got shown as many different options as I needed to pick the right bed and was thoroughly explained all the next steps to come such as : delivery, assembly and removal. Would definitely recommend!

The ordering of the mattress was brilliant, the young lady who served us at the Burnley Shop was very informative, friendly & professional, I was allowed to test out several mattresses, I also was given a free bed care kit & mattress protector, excellent service.
