Highly recommend – Jon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable
We recently purchased a new bed and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. We were looked after by Jon, who was fantastic. His product knowledge was second to none, and he was able to answer every single question we had. What we appreciated most was how attentive he was—he carefully listened to what both my wife and I needed in a bed and helped us find the perfect match. Excellent customer service!

Great experience in the Pool (Camborne)…
Great experience in the Pool (Camborne) branch. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who made the purchase run smoothly. The delivery then happened on the day I was originally told it would be, and the delivery guys themselves were also great. They took the new mattress to the room I needed it, and unwrapped and removed all packaging.

Aly made us feel valued as people not just as a business transaction. This was our second purchase, which only came about from our first visit, we are very satisfied with the bed - we sleep like logs every night now. And yes we do recommend people we know to visit your company. The delivery was perfect, the same two gentlemen as before, so you could say we are customers for life.
