Great support from sales staff helping me to find a good comfortable mattress match for me. Delivery was within one week and delivery was on time. I can’t fault my experience so far. I just hope the mattress meets my needs and expectations.

I received amazing customer service from Emma in store. I popped into store to see if they had the furniture I was looking at online but due to the store size they did not have it however Emma approached me asked if I wanted to order it in or she would check another store to see if they had it available there. I went away feeling very confident and actually wanted to spend my money with that store due to the excellent customer service I had received. I went back later on that day she ran through my full order ran through the full invoice and costs. I felt she actually wanted to spend time with her customers rather than take your money and rush you out the door. She’s a credit to the team. Thanks Emma

Emma helped me chose my perfect bed. She was helpfu, attentive and knew the products inside out. She understood the support i needed for my health conditions and suggested options until i decided upon my final choice which is fantastic and exactly what i was looking for. She is a credit to your company. Dont even bother going through the door in Dreams, Bensons is a far superior company.

This was a seamless and faultless experience right from when we entered the shop to the actual delivery of our purchase. Communication was excellent throughout.

The staff at the store were from the start very helpful and considerate with the respect expected from a customer, I was notified at each stage of the way from order to delivery with the delivery people being helpful as were the shop staff.

I had great service from this company. I have used a competitor for years but last time I received a sub-standard product delivered by the most obnoxious driver I have ever encountered.

By contrast, Bensons provided a first class service from my first visit to the showroom until delivery. Such a contrast from the other extremely well known bedding company who I will never do business with again.

The guy in the sales room, Luke, was knowledgeable of the products available and was able to advise us after listening to our needs. He was not pushy, as some salespersons can be, (had he have been, we would have gone to the "bed shop" next door), all in all, a very positive experience!

From start to finish buying this bed was so easy the lady in the shop was so helpful with the type of bed & headboard it was delivered on time & the two gentlemen were so friendly that fitted the new bed & took away the old one I would definately recommend Bensons

Really really happy with the service we received from Suzanne who served us at the Cannock branch, she was extremely helpful and very attentive, and super lovely. We are very happy with our new bed and mattress!

The only thing to be aware of is the quote sheet includes delivery in the breakdown but then not in total amount at the bottom so if you’re not made aware of this prior (which we were), but just incase, it can be a little misleading and throw you off when it comes to a higher price when actually placing the order.

We were helped by a lovely young lady called Emma. Not pushy at all, just helpful. It’s sometimes difficult to go into a store to consider a purchase as one can be pressured by sales staff, but not in the this store. Super helpful and very friendly, thank you.
