Liked the bed so much I bought two!
They were extremely helpful; allowed us to see as much as we wanted and offered us a deal or two - so much so that we bought two, rather than one, beds (1 double and 1 King).
I’m just hoping that the delivery will be as good as promised by the staff.

Our experience from Jo the bed adviser was second to none. The knowledge she had about mattresses was outstanding. We were feeling very well educated from Jo and confident that she advised the correct mattress - best thing was she wasn’t pushy in anyway like some sales people are, just a genuine lovely person good at her job.
Jo mostly certainly got it right- we’ve noticed such a big difference with our new mattress, no more aching when getting up in the morning. We feel the full support and the comfort from it. We love it.

Delivery charge

We went into Benson for Beds store in…
We went into Benson for Beds store in Pontprennau where Andy met us - he was brilliant - he got us to lie on a bed which measured what mattress was suitable for us (which by the way was spot on) He showed us all the options and price ranges. He wasn't pushy at all and we chose a bed and mattress and he wrote down all the details for us and even though we didn't buy it that day we went back two weeks later and purchased the bed and mattress through Andy. OMG he made it such a pleasurable experience - it makes such a change not to be pressured into making a decision there and then. So a big thankyou to Andy you are a star.
