New customer
Helpful staff in store, particularly Jon who was very knowledgeable and competent.
Changing the delivery date was a very simple process.
Confirmation of 2 hour delivery slot and phone call 3 days before delivery was good customer service.
The delivery staff Ben and Mal were polite, professional and respectful.
I would recommend you to friends and family.

It’s great to know that changing your delivery date was simple and that the delivery updates — including the two‑hour slot and the call three days before — helped keep everything clear and stress‑free.

Great customer service in the store
Great customer service in the store, very helpful without being pushy. Good communication with delivery times and arrived at the start of the delivery window, which is always good. Out the mattress in the desired room and took the old one away in 5 mins. Highly recommended

Can't fault the service from start to finish,
Made to feel welcome in the shop, service and care(taking my disabilities into account) was most refreshing ,
As for the gentlemen who delivered the mattress, above and beyond , put the mattress into the bedroom, set it up on the bed and removed all packaging.
Recommend to anyone and everyone.

My order had been delivered but the…
My order had been delivered but the headboard was damaged and now I have been told I will need to wait a further 3 weeks to have a new one delivered.
So I cannot use the bed until then.
Quite disappointing to say the least.
I did find the delivery people quite slap happy and if I had to point a finger, then I would guess it either was dropped or got squashed on the lorry.
I trust this will not happen on the new delivery and Bensons will check the product before I receive it.
Also, no pillow was delivered so been told to pick one up from the store.

Receiving a damaged headboard and missing pillow is understandably frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused Chris. We’re pleased that a resolution is now in place and your replacement has been arranged. We’ll ensure the item is fully checked before delivery so this doesn’t happen again.
Thank you for your patience while we put this right,
