We visited the shop a few weeks ago and the sales assistant was very attentive, but also let us get on with trying different mattresses without hovering over us in what is already a slightly odd shop... Toon meer
Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable and didn’t rush us in to picking what we wanted gave us plenty of time to decide. Delivery was great had a nominated day and phoned 2 hours before to confirm... Toon meer
The staff in Dumfries were very helpful and didn't rush me into a decision. The service which you offer that sets up the new bed and removes the old one is very helpful.

Karl was brilliant.
Karl was brilliant, did the sales pitch, knew when to walk away before getting to the annoying stage and came back with a wee bit humour and a lot of knowledge about the beds and mattresses which helped us decide to buy a bed and mattress. Worth his weight in gold. Yet to get delivery of the bed so can't comment on the quality.

Helpful but not overbearing
We visited the shop a few weeks ago and the sales assistant was very attentive, but also let us get on with trying different mattresses without hovering over us in what is already a slightly odd shopping experience!
When I went back in to buy the mattress yesterday, he was on shift again and was once again very helpful and friendly.
