The Farnborough store staff were excellent, fully informative with no "sales pressure". Communications thereafter were continual, and the delivery quick, friendly and efficient. Cannot fault.

Generally an ok service
Generally an ok service. In store a lot of effort was put into making sure we got the right bed and we got discount in the sale. First delivery was ok but headboard was stained (rejected by the delivery team) A month later we got another headboard, condition wasn't perfect but accepted it as I didn't want to wait again for another delivery.
I think if the headboard was packaged better and more care taken then I would have given an extra star.

We’re very sorry, though, for the issues with your headboard. It’s disappointing that the first one arrived stained and that the replacement still wasn’t in perfect condition — you shouldn’t have had to wait so long or feel you needed to settle for less than ideal.

The salesman recommended me top quality products to suit my needs and he’s done a fantastic job. My back is not in pain anymore thanks to him. The delivery men also were efficient and quick. Customer service is first and foremost.
I have been going to Bensons for Beds for many years and their Customer Service is second to none. The staff are always helpful without being pushy, knowledgable about what they sell and always courteous.
The process of delivery is both efficient and seamless.
They inform the customer every step of the way. They provide an excellent tracking system of the delivery lorry and the driver rings when he is 30 minutes away.
What I like about Benson for beds is that they don't make you feel like just another order. Unlike most companies today, they still value their customers in providing an excellent service.
