Good advice but misleading delivery costs
They gave helpful advice around mattress selection and seemed knowledgeable.
There is a delivery fee of £49 which they advertise as optional but even if you were to pick up the mattress yourself, they still charge you the delivery fee. I believe they intentionally market this way to add a hidden cost of each purchase.

In August
In August, we spent ages in this shop chosing beds for my 92 and 88yr old parents. The sales assistant was super helpful and not pushy. Beds delivered a few weeks later, as planned.
Unfortunately my parents couldn't settle on them so we went back on Sunday. By coincidence it was the same sales person who spent even longer with us, listening to my parents' concerns and then guiding us to a new choice.
No tutting, eye-rolling or a hint of frustration. Very professional and kind. Thorough without being pushy.
He arranged a switchover of the beds for a nominal fee. We are looking forward to them coming in 2 weeks time.
I was so impressed at the quality of service, I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone, and will most certainly use them again.

From the start the whole process was easy, the sales person Amy from Drumchapel explained everything in detail. On the day of the delivery I got a reminder which gave a window for the delivery. All the staff involved were organised and friendly. Great service and the whole process was seamless.
