Customer service was excellent. We had regular updates about our bed being built, finished and wrapped. Our bed is perfect and just like the bed in store but this one is actually ours 💕

Bed arrived with a large tear in the base fabric.
The mattress had small mark with a pinhole in a most prominent position.
Three walls in the hall / stairs/landing all had scuff marks as a result of trying to get the mattress up the stairs in an inefficient procedure.Took five days to eventually contact the head office as the shop was unattainable.

Really impressive service from start to finish. Alan in the Gloucester showroom was really very helpful, giving me sound advice whilst also leaving me to ask questions and make my mind up without any hint of pushiness.
On the day of delivery, the delivery team called 30 minutes ahead so that I was ready for them. Both members of the delivery team were really professional and courteous, took great care within my house, negotiating a tricky staircase with several bends in it, and also took the packaging away after leaving the mattress in place.
I would definitely recommend Benson’s to friends and family.

Service was great delivered and set up excellent tools all coverage away. So excellent all round.

Ordered Tv bed in February. Paid £134 for installation. All went well. Tried Smart Tv. it would not come on line. (We were not given any instructions regarding Tv. or bed surround sound). Informed Bensons, they sent a technician who fixed beds and knew nothing about Tv's. Eventually we were referred to a company who supplied the Tv. even though we purchased it from Bensons. Trying to speak to somebody was hard and when I did I was often told I would be called back. I went back to bensons and eventually, I was in informed the Tv. would be exchanged. By this time I had given up on the Tv. I was emailed and was told to remove the Tv. Which I had paid to have inatalled so that it couled be collected by the courier. The reason I paid was, I'm 81 years old and passed it! This went on upto the beginning of April. I went on holiday, on my return I tried the Tv. Again and it worked and has done since. I was still waiting to find out who was going to remove the Tv. I informed Bensons and suggested that at the very least I would like an apology. I am still waiting and suspect, will be for a long time.

The bed we bought and the mattress that went with it was a.dream I believe we made the right choice so comfy and have slept well thus far.

Just to say when the drivers delivered and put it together for us were professional and respectful to our needs

Initially great service. Until we needed to use the 40 night guarantee. The mattress we got was so uncomfortable we had to change. When we asked Bensons they said that there’s a 10% exchange fee, they removed the original discount and charged another delivery fee. They went from smiles to passive aggressive in seconds. When we originally rang customer services, they said we would have to talk to the shop for a refund. The shop said they wouldn’t actually refund us as there wasn’t anything wrong with the bed we just didn’t like it. By the time they had finished with adding this and that fees our £1800 mattress was a swap for a £1200 one. NEVER believe the 40 day guarantee.

Went into Bensons with a view to looking for a mattresses to replace an old Slumberland one. Steve welcomed us, and after listening to our requirement took us to a display of Slumberland and Sealy mattresses. Having taken time to explain, in simple terms we could understand, the main differences between between them (firmness, support system and comfort fillings), he then politely left us allowing us plenty of time to sample then in out own time frame. Very happy with the service provided.
