Bensons For Beds - Grimsby694 Reviews

Excellent service Grimsby store manager could not do enough for us to get the best deal. Demonstrated all the products in store as it is difficult to see the differences online

Martin was great helped me alot and e everything was sorted over the phone(two beds and 2 matresses) brilliant service

Great choice and usually discounted offers, research required. Good communication, bed not yet delivered so can't comment further.

Good product knowledge and as I was buying a mobility bed the branch was able to advise on claiming back the VAT.

Excellent sales advice from Martin in Grimsby store. Fantastic helpful, cheery delivery guys who did a great job. All debris removed.

Would definitely recommend and use again.

We needed to purchase a bed in an emergency and were having difficulty due to the timescales to find a bed. The salesperson was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we managed to fet a mattress in the timescale required. Customer service was excellent.

Helpful and polite Staff

Martin was extremely patient with us as we tried to find out perfect bed/mattress for our first home! He was very knowledgeable and ensure we’ve come away with our perfect bed

Greeted politely by salesman Lee who advised us of what we would find beneficial especially as I have back problems. He went over and beyond his brief, explaining everything in great detail. Lee's shift ended while he was with us but he wasnt phased and was happy to complete our sale. We were very happy with our purchase and are hoping it lives up to our expectations. Thank you Lee

Adrian the salesman who greeted us was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable,he made us feel at home when we were choosing or mattress and bed, different from any other places we went to look,I would highly recommend Benson for beds to family and friends thank you Adrian

Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and allowed us the time we needed to make a decision on our purchase. A friendly service which I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Very good service and helpful friendly sales team.

The salesman was incredibly professional from the moment we walked in the door. He listened to what we wanted, guided us in the right direction, suggested viable alternatives but most importantly was in no way pushy. Every aspect of the purchase was clearly explained without being patronising. At the end of the purchase we left feeling we got exactly what we needed.

Had all the information we needed. Very helpful.

A totally friendly and professional service from Martin at the Grimsby branch.
Would recommend highly

Friendly welcome and knowledgeable colleague. We were able to make informed decisions on what type of mattress, base and headboard we wanted to purchase.

Following inappropriate comments from the store manager I cancelled my order. Would not recommend

Staff very knowledgeable and not too pushy. Showroom smart and tidy. Range of mattresses extensive and confusing!
Weekly price changes are luck of the draw depending on when u go in!!!!

Office kept in touch to say my mattress was arriving next day. On the day was told my mattress would be arriving between 8am and 10am. Arrived at 9am. Drivers took off their shoes and used disposable footwear in the house. Old mattress taken away. Would highly recommend this company.
