look at the beds. Talked to Richard who was so helpful, we found a mattress and base we liked. So decided to purchase.

I was possibly the first customer of the day and was greeted by a smiling Richard. He was most helpful throughout the purchase, pointing out helpful alternatives and encouraging me to lie on several mattresses to ensure I got the right one for me.
Providing the delivery goes according to plan, I shall have no hesitation in recommending Bensons to my friends.

Great team in the harrogate store, friendly and helpful. The staff even kept the store open past trading hours to assist us and complete our sale, we didnt feel rushed or pressured, a totally pleasant experience.
