A great experience from start to finish.…
I have had a great experience from start to finish with Benson's.
The in store help was exceptional. Really helpful and honest.
The delivery was seamless for both bed and mattress. Very efficient.The only hiccup was matching the delivery dates for both items on the same day. However it was not for lack of trying on Benson's part.
The new bed is lovely and the mattress extremely comfortable.
I am very pleased and would recommend Bensons to anyone.

Received just the right amount of…
Received just the right amount of attention from sales assistant when walking through the door, allowed me to browse on my own without following me around the store. Was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about a mattress, and throughout the whole purchase was very pleasant to deal with. Very happy with the service.

Unprofessional service
We were left waiting for around 15 minutes despite already having spoken to two representatives in store and explaining what we wanted. One of the reps was stood drinking tea which we found highly unprofessional and the other one was just sat at the desk but in fairness he did take a phone call

We had the greatest costmer experience thanks to Mike at the Hull store he was brilliant at finding us the right bed for us we had an issue with the finance but Mike managed to advise us very helpfully and we managed to get the bed sorted out

Sofa bed
Very helpfull staff, delivery not for another week.
Sofa now delivered excellent service, kept informed prompt delivery and very satisfied with the sofa and its bed function. Flat packed only had to fit the four legs which was very easy.

Long-winded purchase process and apathetic staff.
First of all, I was the only customer in the shop, which doesn't reflect well on Bensons, I think. There were three staff members but two of them appeared disinterested in me. Maybe I'd caught them on an off day but they didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. The person who served me, Emmanuel, was fairly helpful but he struggled to find paperwork. I was also surprised at how protracted the purchase process was, considering I was just buying a (expensive) pillow. For example, why did I have to sign two forms? Surely, it should've been a straightforward purchase? One of the staff other than Emmanuel was a little blunt when I asked about returning the pillow if it was the wrong one - it's for my wife - saying that once I left the store, it couldn't be returned. On arriving at home, I realised the (Dunlop latex) pillow has a 40 day guarantee, so was she telling the truth? I ended up having to call my wife to check the pillow was suitable.
