Highly recommended
This was our second bed this year from Bensons. The first was ordered in store in Huntingdon, the second on line. On both occasions, the service we received has been superb from start to finish. The products are also first class. Highly recommended.

Bensons for Beds Huntingdon Team
Helpful staff, not pushy
We returned to Bensons for Beds in Huntingdon after previously purchasing a Sealy bed from them, which sadly developed a fault just five months outside its guarantee.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Having read positive reviews of Tempur mattresses, we appreciated their honest advice about the pros and cons of the different options. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive mattress, which made the experience much more comfortable.
We eventually decided on Tempur mattress. Unfortunately, after nearly half an hour trying to arrange the purchase, the team were unable to offer the zero-deposit, three-year interest-free deal advertised online. We therefore ended up purchasing online instead.
The staff were very apologetic, and this feels like something for the marketing team to address. Giving stores visibility of—and access to—the latest online offers would help prevent helpful staff from losing sales after doing all the groundwork.
Our mattress arrived within two weeks, and we’ve been very happy with it since. Overall, great service from the Huntingdon team, let down by the disconnect between the online and in-store finance offers.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with our store team and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. It is wonderful to hear that our colleagues provided helpful, honest, and pressure-free guidance during your visit, and we are happy to hear that you are very satisfied with your new mattress.
However, we recognize the frustration caused by the discrepancy between our in-store and online promotional finance options. It is disappointing that our team could not complete your order in person due to this system disconnect, especially after they spent so much time assisting you with your selection.
We take your comments seriously regarding the need for better alignment between our digital promotions and physical stores. We have shared your valuable insights directly with our marketing and retail operations departments to help us bridge this gap and ensure our store staff have the tools and visibility needed to honor all current offers. Thank you for helping us improve our service.

Absolutely brilliant service from Terry and mate at Bensons for Beds! 😄 From start to finish, the delivery was spot on. Terry was friendly, helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. He arrived on time, got everything sorted, and made it all look easy. Honestly, the bed delivery was smoother than getting a takeaway on a Friday night! 😂 It’s not every day you get someone who makes the whole experience this enjoyable. Thanks, Terry, you’re a credit to Bensons for Beds. If all deliveries were like this, we’d be ordering beds every week… although my bank account might disagree! 😂👏 please pass this message on to Terry, who was amazing and his mate. 10 out of 10. I Will 100% recommend Bensons for Beds to all friends and family
