The order of the bed was straight forward. Delivery was perfect , the delivery men were brilliant , polite & were very friendly. They made my autistic son feel comfortable when speaking to him , as the order was delivered to his room .

We had a bit of a rough start by…
We had a bit of a rough start by getting a faulty mattress to begin with which was slightly annoying- however after speaking to customer services (Martin) and the lady in store (Jay Ipswich ransomes branch) - who was extremely helpful and resolved our issue immediately by exchanging for another mattress which we could take away with us the same day. Very pleased with new mattress- thanks ☺️

Excellent service from stepping into the shop 2-3 weeks ago…
Excellent service from stepping into the shop to having my bed made up. All very knowledgeable. Help me chose my mattress and bed, I knew what I wanted and the lady helped me put it all together, laid on a few ect. Did paperwork very efficiently. Then the delivery team kept in touch, I opted for them to make my bed. So plenty of updates, they arrived and my bed was together in no time and all the rubbish gone, an excellent service all round. Thank you

Knowledgeable and helpful
Initially we we were left alone to look around the store but couldn't find the mattress we had come to see. On enquiring the mattress was not in the shop but the salesman really helped with a similar mattress. He helped us choose a bed with storage that would fit into the specific space in the bedroom. Also, showing us fabric samples and headboard choice. So, far happy with the service received.

Bensons….the best
We have regularly bought items from the Ipswich store and on returning today we enjoyed another excellent visit. Both Jay and Craig were suoer helpful without any pushy salesmanship. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and we were given helpful advice about our choices. Finally the sale was closed with the minimum of fuss and delivery date agreed. Bensons couldnt do better….we rate them 5* in all aspects.

The staff at this store were helpful
The staff at this store were helpful, knowledgable, friendly and totally professional.
They gave me ample time to try out the different mattresses with no pushy sales. They also explained the different types of mattress and the most suited for my needs.
Special mention for Jay. Highly recommend tis store.

After phoning in to the store this morning with an issue on my purchase , I was very impressed by the way the sales person Jay quickly explained and resolved the issue.

Amazing staff, affordable beds an overall excellent service
We were greeted with amazing customer service by all members of staff, they were extremely knowledgeable about all their beds and a pleasure to talk to. One woman, though I don’t want to spell her name wrong it began with a J, was very helpful and made our whole experience enjoyable so thankyou!

Good quality and value for money. Sales assistant had great knowledge, great communication and was notified of discounts. Easy to cancel and rearranged delivery to suit with no issues. Again great communication with delivery time slot and was called prior to delivery. Highly recommend
