Lady, tall blonde Tara? in the Morecambe showroom was exceptional and so professional. She was the reason I bought 6 beds....The drivers, Colin and Reece were the very best team of driver and mate. They are a real credit to themselves and Bensons. Pay them well.......Phil Ward

Debra the sales lady was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, she was very helpful.

Tara explained fully all options to us & left my wife & I to look around the store. Because my wife was slow to make her mind up, it took us ages & when we eventually made our choice Tara patiently waited & ensured we understood the order process. Even though this made Tara late, (She stayed behind after her official finishing time of 3 0’Clock). She even phoned her kids to tell them she would be late to pick them up at school!
Deborah then went through all the paperwork with us and completed the order.
They were nice to deal & felt under no pressure.

Helpful knowledgeable staff

Two lovely guys from Sunderland, Reece and Colin, delivered my mattress. Reece rang to let me know what time they would be arriving. They had the mattress unwrapped and in place in a flash. They made a great fuss of my little dog on the way out - that says a lot about a person! Definitely a five star team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

cannot praise highly enough the level of customer service that myself and my good lady received during our visit on the 10th of June at the Lancaster store at Morecambe. We managed to obtain a first class deal on two mattresses including collection and disposal of old mattresses and delivery of new. A special mention for Tara who really did go the 'extra mile' to provide us with what we required: this young lady would be an asset to any organisation, a first class service.

Staff at my local Bensons for beds are really nice. I were seen by Debbie and she were so helpful. Her customer service skills were spot on and I would give her a 5 star rating

We were given useful information and then allowed plenty of time to look around the showroom and consider our decision. The delivery came exactly on time and was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Very good choice of mattresses to choose from and an extremely helpful salesperson, delivery quicker than expected, very happy with purchase.

We have been very pleased with our recent purchases - 1 king-size ottoman bed with mattress, quickly followed by 1 double ottoman base.
Tara has been exceptional in all our transactions - and an absolute credit to your team. Offered excellent advice and went above and beyond in ensuring we made the best purchases for our needs.
The delivery team on both occasions were excellent too - good communication and very efficient.

Brill customer service in store, very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. Kept updated via email and text with regards to delivery. Delivery team great took to correct rooms very pleasant and professional

Staff at the shop were very helpful and patient, delivery was very efficient the lads were polite and friendly.

From the store to delivery, all first class

The salesperson was very helpful and friendly, however, there was only one person in the whole store. There were a lot of beds available which meant that there was too much to choose from easily. I had a very limited budget and the mattress most suited to me was very much hidden away at the back of the store. Whilst I understand the reason behind this I could imagine people being put off by the huge amount of choice and only 1 member of staff to help.

Lancaster Bensons for beds was a really warm and informative visit. We were taken care of by their manager Carl, he knew every little detail and understood our comfort really well. He was professional, efficient and down to earth too! We left with our new Tempur mattress and pillows ready for our best night's sleep ever! Thank you Carl and we definitely recommend 🙏🏻
