Choosing a mattress in store was easy, agreed delivery date and time was met, and follow-up aftercare text was much appreciated. Job well done.

The sales process was lengthy but…
The sales process was lengthy but thorough and proved to be essential. Communication while waiting for delivery was very good. Delivery was excellent, again communication from driver kept me informed. Delivery of single mattress was up two flights of stairs but was not a problem for them. Advice on care from them before they left was also useful.

Helpful staff
Bought mattress from Bensons but wasn’t happy with it as problems with my back so went back to shop before the 40 day trial finished, the lady assistant was very helpful and we talked through and tried a lot of different mattresses she didn’t rush me or anything so ‘no pressure’ and hopefully I have the perfect mattress now to early to say yet and the delivery and collection were brilliant no hassle at all. Thank you

Delivery guys were in regular contact from the day prior to delivery. Arrived when they said they would. Very accommodating and helpful.
We only buy a mattress every 8 years, but I would highly recommend Bensons.

From the first time I entered the shop to the moment the beds were delivered by Barry and his mate Everything went smoothly. Dawn and all her team in Llandudno were kind , efficient and informative, The only niggle was the 2 week delay in the delivery of the double , but I guess that was not the fault of Bensons but the manufacturer and the Christmas break,
