The member of staff (Mariam) was very curteous and helpful. Very profesional service.
Also a big thank you to Ant and Ducan for the smooth delivery and their help in getting the heavy matress to the bedroom.

Great Experience
On entering the store we were allowed to browse without being pestered by salespersons. When we had questions we approached Tony who was very helpful and informative. He answered all our questions and prompted us on what we required and made recommendations on the cabinets and wardrobes that fitted those requirements. When we finally made our choice he dealt with us quickly and efficiently making our stay pleasant.

Excellent Service from Marcus at Benson for Beds
I’ve now visited Benson for Beds twice, and I just wanted to share what a great experience I’ve had, especially with Marcus.
The first time I visited, I was a bit rushed and the store was quite busy, so I didn’t get the chance to fully explore my options. The second time, however, Marcus assisted me and completely changed the experience.
He introduced me to the mattress analysis machine, which checked my pressure points and helped identify the best types of mattresses for me. It showed me four options and eventually I narrowed it down to two that I was deciding between. I took quite a bit of time making my decision, but Marcus was incredibly patient, polite, and helpful throughout, never once making me feel rushed or pressured.
Honestly, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I’m really looking forward to my mattress arriving and finally getting the best night’s sleep!

Service is shop is nice
Service is shop is nice . The staff has been very helpful and let us to trial many beds before we decide . The shop in White City is pram friendly and Max is extra supportive when I shopped with my two children .
The only downside is the delivery driver just rushed inside my house without shoe covers and left marks on the first few steps of my carpet :( husband spent half an hour to clean and steam it !

What my wife and I liked was the bed we chose to buy, the store representative Shamalla was very pleasant and had a nice manner with a good detailed knowledge of the product.
It was only on arriving home when I studied the invoice that I realised that the amount of the units were not as advertised on the display model. For instance the bed frame was advertised at £849 and the bedside cabinets at £103 each. This would make any discounts much less when told there is £200 off the bed frame only for today.
So naturally we are a little disgruntled and are considering cancelling the order but more so that we were taken in and not studying more closely the advertised cost and what we were presented with

Bensons the bed company …
The lady at Bensons (think her name was Arveen) was very helpful and did the bed test on us both with a special machine they have to tell you what would be the best mattress for you and they suggested 5 which one of them we chose.

There was no box to tick to say this was an online purchase .I had had my previous bed from my local store .I wish he had of told me early on in the conversation i was not. I was not quoted prices for other mattresses and was not given my call back as promised.
