We recently bought two large wardrobes, two double ottoman bed frames, two chest of drawers and two bedside tables from Bensons for Beds, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff were friendly, patient and helpful, making it easy to choose exactly what we needed for our new home.

The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the prices were very reasonable for what we received. The whole process, from advice to purchase and arranging finance as well as delivery and fitting, was smooth and stress-free.

Went there this weekday and had such a great experience. The customer service was amazing — the employee who helped us really cared about our needs and made sure to answer all our questions. They helped us find the right softness in the mattresses, showed us different bed frames and sizes (from single to king), and even made sure we picked a color we truly liked. You can tell they genuinely try their best to help you choose something perfect for your household — not just to make a sale. Everything felt thoughtful, honest, and worth the money. Highly recommend!

I paid for the bed to be assembled, the two guys were professional and efficient at building the bed and taking away the packaging.
The bed is so comfortable and well made.
With the piece of mind of the guarantee should anything be a issue in the next 5 years.

Tony at the Trafford Park store/ White City retail park was absolutely fantastic. He was super knowledgable and friendly and really helped us find the right bed for us. He used the technology to explain what comfort level would suit us best for our mattress.

I am very pleased with the whole experience and professionalism from the Bensons team. I found it very easy from the beginning to the end. The delivery team went above and beyond. They couldn't apologise enough for being late due to unforeseen events. They phoned me a number of times to keep me updated. I would highly recommend Benson for Beds to all my friends and family.

Excellent service, smooth transaction, amazing staff

I had an excellent experience with Michael at the White City branch. After explaining what we were looking for, he gave us thoughtful advice and recommended several options, including the IGel mattress. At first, I was set on buying a Simba, but I’m so glad we took his advice — the IGel is incredible! We’ve only had it for three nights and it’s already made such a difference — my back pain has completely eased. Michael never pressured us into any particular brand; instead, he encouraged us to take our time and try different mattresses. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend his service and would happily purchase from him again.

And the bed delivery guys were brilliant. Took away our old mattress from 2nd floor and carried new mattress up. It was a heavy mattress (50kg) so thank you!

I bought a mattress from Bed and Benson, and the experience was a bit frustrating. The mattress had a really strong, unpleasant smell for the first few weeks—like a sheep or goat—and it made it tough to sleep. I even had to spray the mattress with room spray for about three weeks just to make it bearable. When I reached out to customer service, their response was pretty dismissive, basically saying it’s normal and would go away on its own, but they never mentioned it at the time of purchase. I think they should let customers know upfront. Overall, the mattress is okay, but that initial smell and the customer service definitely made it less

Michael (White City store) was brilliant when we saw him recently after my mum realised that the mattress that she had bought wasn't the right one for her. He was very helpful and understanding, and took all our worries away. We couldn't have had a better service and would highly recommend the White City store and staff to anyone (two extremely positive experiences recently).

The in store staff was very I knowledgeable about their products and provided us with all the information we needed in order for us to purchase the right mattress. They were also very polite and patient and not too pushy.

Mohammed, the customer service staff is very helpful in assisting us which mattress to buy. It took us a bit of time to decide. The mattress we bought is a tempu 21cm deep which we feel comfortable. I just wish there is one for 25 cm available.
