I actually bought a bed from John Lewis and they messed us a lot and I decided to get a refund at the end and bought it from your company because of your customer service. John Lewis lost because their bad customer service

Decent in-store experience. Salesman was attentive but not pushy and offered a decent discount. We had to wait 2 weeks for the mattress but delivery on the day was quick and the delivery men were polite and even took their shoes off

So far I simply cannot fault Bensons For Beds. I visited the New Malden Branch and was greeted by Monika who was knowledgeable, courteous and above all friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for her. A stark reflection of our visit to Dreams in New Malden who we visited before Bensons For Beds. All five staff members completely ignored us and sat there on their phones. Monika however greeted us instantly. A real credit to your company. I would highly recommend a visit to see Monika…. Five Star ⭐

I got all the answers for all my questions , the person who was dealing with me was a gentleman Nane Syed who seem to had good knowledge about the products .
