I will like to start at the customer…
I will like to start at the customer service I got in store the day I purchased the bed.
The lady was amazing I had an autistic child and the bed was for him I was in the store for about 2 and half hours that day.
The lady was very patient, kind and caring.
She understood what I needed and her guidance and knowledge she gave was fantastic.
Also the team that was keeping me informed of my delivery was always keeping me in the know of what date and time through email and txt.
Also giving the call fantastic service.
Finally the delivery and putting my son’s bed together. The two gentlemen were amazing they respected my home carefully worked together to build the bed. They explained what they were going to do.
Two very kind men.

Exceptional help in choosing a bed
We had an amazing person called Nick helping us choose our bed and mattress.
He went through everything thoroughly and helped us understand all about the different types of beds and mattresses available.
His help was above and beyond as he guided us in the right direction choosing a bed that was suitable for both of us. Very helpful and kind all the way through the whole process.

We popped into the Orpington store with the intention of just browsing, but Max made us feel so comfortable and well looked after that we ended up placing an order for a bed the very same day! He gave great customer service and care. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. He answered all our questions and gave us the space and confidence we needed to make a decision. Max went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience, and we’re so glad he was the one who helped us. Thank you so much Max!
