The lady was very helpful, informative and showed me lots of different beds and divan bases.
She told me lots of different options about the delivery, mattress protection, insurance etc.

Phoned to check availability of what I needed (just a headboard). Assistant took my number and rang back a few minutes later after checking the stockroom and put what I asked for aside for me. I didn’t have the bolts that go in the bed base, so they went and found me some spares for no charge.

Good range of beds and affordable prices. Tylor at Bensons for beds Didcot was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We had to take our two kids (under 3) and he was understanding, supportive and even helped to keep them entertained. Tylor was able to help us find the right bed and mattress at the right price.

The customer service was exceptional, he knew a lot about mattresses and was able to compare like for like mattress brands and got me to test them out. Helped me decide which one me and my son both wanted.

Brilliant, customer service very quick and reassuring

Sophia was really informative when explaining the difference between the beds we looked at. She was able to use her previous knowledge and experience regarding my health problems and answer questions accordingly. Despite being a new member of staff, she knew her limitations and sort advice when needed. We were given plenty of time to try out the beds and to make our final choice. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of service we received.

Our customer rep was beyond helpful, making sure to give us time to consider all options without rushing us and making sure we made the best decision for ourselves at the best price for us.

Salesman didn’t know which mattress I was requesting, he had to check the website. He forgot to mention that there was a delivery charge, it was only when I queried the bill. He also omitted to tell me that you actually had to construct the bed yourself and that took two people.
