Bensons For Beds - Plymouth748 Reviews

I was kept up to date through the whole process, from buying to delivery. Very professional and friendly . Would highly recommend this company.

The person who helped us was knowledgeable about what we needed and let us decide without pressure,it was a easy meeting.

We had excellent service from Gavin when we wanted advice as to the best mattress to buy. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly; taking time to listen to our requirements and choosing several options for us to try. We are confident that we have made a wise choice and will definitely recommend the store.

After making a mistake with our first order
We contacted the store & they were excellent

It was delivered on time & assembled
With no problems at all
Only slept on it a few nights but had great nights sleep 💤
I would have no hesitation in recommending
Bensons to my family & friends if they needed to replace there beds

Friendly professional team dealt with Tom in store. Not rushed into making a decision given excellent advice. Booking delivery and organising finance was a very easy smooth experience. Would buy from them again

Very helpful staff who explained everything. They were not pushy to make a sale. Informed us of the whole buying and delivery process. Delivery was on time and the bed was assembled with great efficiency. Great customer service.

Excellent staff, quality products, delivered with care.

Our salesman showed us many different options to suit all budgets and we didn't feel pressured towards any particular Brand or budget. The buying process was straight forward and easy with great levels of communications. Shout out too to the delivery guys who had terrible issues with traffic and were there to help me long after they were due home for their tea.

Helpfulness and knowledge of staff in store

The manager in plymouth Bensons quite frankly was amazing couldn't be happier with his service and commitment.

The two delivery men we had, Rob and Graham really went above and beyond!! They were amazing. Kept me informed throughout the morning of their ETA and when they got here were super polite and professional, I was expecting them to deliver it all and for me to arrange moving it all upstairs, but no, they both, without being asked started moving the bed boxes upstairs!! They left no mess, took everything up to the top floor and honestly helped me out so much! They even took the time to double check the boxes against the order to confirm it’s all correct and informed me of all the procedures for what I need to do if anything in the boxes isn’t what I expected or is faulty. They are both a credit to the company!

Helpful, friendly staff who know what they were saying.

Brought a double sized Kennedy ottoman bed with slumberland extra firm mattress, easy to order and very comfy bed, deliver and installed by Rob and Graham
Installed within half and hour and very professional and a pleasant service. Very impressed and two Top men

The shop assistant was most helpful showing us all options according to our requirements.

No pressure was exercised to complete a sale.

Good advice was given to us as to the prices and mattress types

Excellent customer service from Shaun

My Sale Adviser , Tom at the Colypool in Plmouth, was polite & courteous and took me through the purchase process essily with no hassle, answered my questions knowledgably.

Staff were very helpful when we went to the shop and especially when we ordered over the phone .

Everyone was friendly and they kept me informed from start to finish. Couldn’t fault them

Great service from the moment I walked into the store at Plymouth (Sean), finding the right bed for me, right through to the bed being delivered and put together for me by the most cheerful double act of a delivery team you could find! (Lumpy & Lumpette! )
Everyone I dealt with was considerate to my needs, respectful of my property and communication was spot on - I knew what was happening all the way through the process. Really great job Bensons! 👌🎉 Thank you!
