Leigh from the Branksome store in Dorset was excellent. He helped us sort a replacemnet mattress in great time, we knew we wanted a new version of what we had ten years ago and it was easy peasy. Plus we got some great discount by adding 2 pillows instaed of 1

Great communication, prompt delivery and very polite and helpful deliverers.

Both John and Paul who we dealt with in store were very helpful and not pushy at all but just wanted to ensure we made the right purchase for us at a good price. The delivery was also seamless with Tom and Mark. Thank you Bensons.

Welcoming staff, I went in knowing what mattress I wanted, Rubin did show me some other mattresses but I decided on the one I wanted, Rubin was very helpful and the process straightforward. The follow up was appreciated. I would throughly recommend Bensons for Beds store in Branksome

Mix-up on colour choice for headboard and wrong one delivered. However, the store has agreed to deliver the right colour and collect the initially delivered headboard.
The best way to judge a company is how they handle problems and the staff at Bensons in Poole have been brilliant in that regard.

from meeting Timm at the Branksome branch and explaining the different types and styles of mattresses before trying out on the stores beds and the process of purchase we felt confident that we made the right choice.

Helpful and attentive staff instore. Nothing too much trouble, very patient, despite the card payment system not working, meaning they had to route it through another store. (Otherwise I would have given five stars)
After sales service good. I was kept informed of date of delivery and a 2 hour slot for the day it was due.
Delivery driver phoned 20 minutes before on time arrival. My new mattress was taken to my flat, unpacked and set up on the bed by courteous and polite delivery men, and care advice given.

I had a large and complicated order to place and the staff were brilliant.

A good stock of beds to try. A very well informed, and professional, sales person in Leigh, who matched my wish list, to my budget 😀
An all round excellent service

Kind staff and good communication while waiting for delivery

Phil was really informed about the products and we went in knowing what we wanted but came out with something else.really happy.
The only downside was the delivery.
We agreed with Phil there was loads of room with wide doors, straight up the stairs 1st on the left, as simple as it gets. The delivery guys wanted to leave it at the bottom of the stairs, in the hallway and half hanging out the front door. Then they didn't want to unpack it or take the rubbish away.
All of this was agreed at the point of sale so was a little bit disappointed.
But in general, happy

Arrived on time and lifted mattresses into position

As promised the delivery of my new mattress went without a hitch, emails stating delivery was on schedule and then the day before delivery I was contacted t time given a 2 hour window which the reduced to 1 hour, on the delivery day I was called to say 20-30 mins. and within that time it had arrived, the old one taken away and the new one in place. Fantastic service. So comfortable.
