Very good customer service
Very good customer service within the shop from Linda and Lloyd. A follow-up call a few days after a visit and quote to let me know there were further offers on if that would be of interest to me. As it happens I had been tied between the decision to buy elsewhere due to costs but the followup call did actually win me back because I returned to store to discuss other options which resulted in my purchase. The 2 staff were great and very patient and helpful in providing quotes and finalising my order and also changing my delivery date when I realised upon returning home that the original date was no appropriate. All round happy and I am a returning customer as my previous bed was also from there so I do know quality and good service when I see it.

Good customer service
Bought a new mattress and didn’t get on with it. Jack at Hedge End Southampton dealt with the change very promptly and very helpful. The new mattress was ordered and a delivery date was set. When it arrived the delivery guys said it wouldn’t fit up my staircase. I called customer service and was told I needed to visit the store. I did this and a nice man ( sorry I can’t remember his name). He sorting things out for me and another mattress was ordered. The mattress has since then been delivered and I am very happy with both the customer care before and after buying the new mattress. What started off being a very stressful experience Turned into a positive outcome. Thank you

Not pushy, made the sale.
Sales staff answered all my questions, I believe, truthfully. They were not 'pushy', allowing me plenty of time to test various mattress options.
Delivery arrived in the time window I was allocated. Unfortunately I did not receive the phone call to alert me that they were 30 minutes away from my address. If I had then I could have helped them better locate my rural property.
Only just received the item so not really able to offer a critique of it yet.
Only discovered that the mattress protector has Teflon in it upon receipt which given it is said to contain 'forever chemicals' is of concern. But that doesn't detract from good sales experience

All the staff we dealt with in the purchase of
our new bed were friendly. We ordered a single bed and divan base.
Unfortunately we had a double orthopaedic mattress delivered and advised there was no base on the delivery van. On calling the store they intervened for us and the van returned 15 minutes later with our correct order which had been given to another customer. It was rectified in the end but this part of the service was a little underwhelming to say the least.
The bed itself is excellent and very comfortable. Perfect for our needs.

Notification of delivery received as promised on time and updated on the day so we knew exactly when the mattress would arrive - mattress placed on the bed unwrapped exactly as requested and all rubbish removed - very professional service.

i found bed and mattress quickly and well pleased with the discount due to sales.
my reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is the long wait. It could take 14 weeks. I am disappointed as am 88 years old next week and feel that the wait is too long at my age, also desperate for a comfortable bed.

Great staff
Visited to buy a new bed and from the minute we stepped in the door we were looked after by Linda. She helped us use their technology which helped us make a decision on what we needed to buy to suit our body and sleeping positions. Linda made the process easy and straight forward.

Worth the visit
Whilst looking for a Mattress we went to Bensons for Beds.
We were left alone and wasn't hassled.
We asked for help and David provided the information we needed.
There was a reduction in price which we were promptly told about.
The mattress is well made and very comfy which suits our needs.
Hopefully it will last as long as our last one.
When it wears out we know where to go.
