We were given a price valid from Sunday, September 6, until Tuesday 8th; however, when we visited to place an order on the 7th, the prices had changed, and the additional 5% discount was removed, even though we had a written quotation on hand.

We dealt with two sales assistants in store on separate occasions and both went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The bed was delivered on the date advised at the outset and I received updates on progress and clear info on time of delivery etc. Good experience from purchase to receipt.

Great in-store experience
The salesperson in the store listened to what we wanted and understood our space requirements and then offered us two different options. The delivery was booked and everything was straightforward. The sofa bed is comfy as a bed and looks nice as an occasional sofa in our study.
