Good experience buying mattress from Wednesbury (Walsall) branch. We spoke to Niall, he answered all questions without rushing us. We have not had the product delivered as yet.

The staff was really lovely and helpful.

Lots of communication leading up to the delivery and quite a small window - only 2 hours - of when to expect delivery.
It was a huge mattress and actually it was quite a tight squeeze but Scott and his delivery partner did such a good job, it was clearly quite an effort getting it up the stairs. They were very polite and respectful and took their shoes off when they came in, despite me not doing so and me not asking them to!

Needed to exchange my mattress and they already want to charge me 10% when I haven’t received received the mattress. Bought it from the wednesbury store and when I asked for an exchange because how heavy the mattress was and I have an ottoman bed this is the response. Went back to the store, I got told to speak to customer service then spoke to them the customer service then said they can’t do nothing and it needs to be up to the store manager and because I came back the 8th day of the timeframe which bare in mind I wasn’t made aware at all about the 7 day notice cause I was never told this but the customer service on the phone told me they could most likely get it removed so it sounded promising and re-assururing, they made a note on the system. Went back to the store to be told that the store manager is off for the week but they can see the notes so I should worry. Went there a week later as advised to speak to the wednesbury store manager Meshar and told me I now have to pay 20%! The way my blood boiled! How can you treat customers like that? It’s not like I even wanted to cancel I just wanted to swap to a bit of a lighter mattress for a similar price but he did not care and didn’t take what I said or my notes into consideration. Consider I have spent £1.3K on a mattress and to be treated this was and get told to be forced to keep the mattress because and lose money on it either way is utterly disgusting! I could go forever with this complaint!

We visited Bensons bed to find the right bed for my 94 years old Mum. The lady who served us was very patient and discussed her needs. We were advised of the different styles of bed frame, mattresses and headboards available. We didn’t feel rushed and were given time to make the correct choices.

When the manager saw we were not being seen to he quickly jumped in to help. He was very patient with us (me) with all my questions to ensure we (I) got the exact bed I wanted. Bespoke 7ft by 7ft coming in 4 weeks.

Mandy did a great job finding us a king-sized bed with a mattress available for a quick delivery. It took some time for us to pick which option we liked the most, and Mandy was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The order arrived on the allocated day. A few screws were missing, but the customer service was very easy to reach, and we received the missing pieces the next day. Overall happy with the whole process.

Gaynor made the whole experience very easy for me. I havent bought a bed and mattress for a long time and she made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She did not overcrowd me and gave me the time to walk around the store before approaching me and I appreciated that. She took her time to talk through everything and explain in detail my purchase.

The sales rep was courteous and knows her job.

We visited the Wednesbury store and were lucky enough to be served by Rob. He was very patient with us despite the store closing soon and ensured we had a smooth experience. Rob went above and beyond the expected customer service in mine and my wife’s view and we walked away really happy with our purchase. A shout out to the rest of the team as they also seemed lovely.

We only went in to browse!. We were met by Rob who was extremely helpful and friendly. He took us through the types of mattresses before showing us the bedframes we wanted. We came out having bought a bed! Thank you Rob 😀

I’d bought a mattress from a local supplier in January and it just didn’t suit me at all. Having not had quality rest for a fair few months, thought I’d have a look at a replacement. Nipped to Bensons for Beds in Wednesbury and spoke to a gentlemen in the Bensons shop and explained my circumstances. The chap showed me four mattresses that he felt would suit me and having had a good lie down in the store, I took the details and went to some other stores to check their stock too. Ended up coming back to Bensons and bought the mattress I felt was softest for me. The gentlemen in the store was really great and helpful and certainly knew his stock. Having ordered the mattress to wait my two and a half weeks for delivery. The bed arrived - after an email and text confirming delivery date - bang on the time the driver had informed me, was delivered to the room I wanted it in and they were gone by 8am! Made the bed up and had a lie down - expecting the mattress to be harder than I recalled, but no, it’s perfect! Looked forward to going to bed last night and had my best nights sleep this year and possibly since 2012. It’s wonderful, I love it and to top it off, Bensons for Beds were great through the whole process. I had not really been looking forward to the delivery - having read some reviews on here - as I was expecting ‘issues’ but it’s all gone well and I’m loving my mattress, so thank you!

Paul and James were excellent. Arrived ahead of time. Introduced themselves and asked where the matrasses should be placed. Removed their shoes without being asked, which showed professionalism and great customer service. Very polite, perfect first impressions. Old matrass was removed quickly and new ones installed. Great service from this delivery team and an extension to what we'd experienced in the store. All much appreciated.

From our initial shop visit with the lady who took our order (she was brilliant) to the guys who delivered the bed the service has been 5*
