Great knowledge and advice
Sleep expert Emily was very knowledgeable and her advice and guidance helped me eliminate beds definitely not suited to our needs. It took three visits and much deliberation for us to choose what we believe is going to be just perfect for our comfort. Emily has lots of patience. We also have confidence in knowing that we can exchange the bed with the 40-night guarantee.

the shop assistant was very informative, knew what he was talking about in regards to beds and mattresses.
sold us a mattress protector cover and best care kit. he was polite, well mannered, went through every single detail with a fine tooth comb and had a really nice conversation with us and put us all at ease

I couldn’t have asked for a better service, absolutely first class, Emily was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly & really couldn’t do enough to help me, would definitely recommend, seriously amazing service from everyone in the Weston super mare branch,

Very happy
We paid a great price for hight tv bed, the salesman was extremely helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately the bed we wanted to see wasn't in the store we went to so he rang around the other stores to see if anywhere was displaying it. Was also very friendly to both us and our children (which you don't get everywhere)
