Gary at the Worcester store was so helpful and really friendly and helped us find our perfect mattress. Our delivery team John, Cal and Charlie were also wonderful. Bang on time, very friendly and respectful. Perfect experience.

We were really pleased with everything about the buying experience. The store staff were attentive and helpful without being pushy. We could browse at our leisure without feeling pressured. The delivery came earlier than quoted and the delivery team were really helpful and pleasant. Communication throughout was first class.

In the showroom we sew Neil, he was knowledgeable and pleasant on the 22nd. When our bed was delivered we had the promised phone call and we found Luke and Paul also to be pleasant and sociable, they removed their shoes without being asked despite the weather being dry. We were really pleased with our shopping experience and recommend Bensons to family and friends.

Staff at the store were very helpful, gave us loads of time to choose the right mattress we needed , good quality item. Explained everything very well . Gave us a delivery date that suited us , amazing delivery guys Dak and luke on time , very professional cheerfully, nothing was to much trouble .

We were served by a lovely young lady named Lauren who couldn't have been more helpful. She took her time to show us various makes of beds and explain the difference in the mattresses. She is an asset to the Worcestershire store 😊

Gary was thorough, answered all our questions and was a big help.

The staff said hi and gave us smiles when we entered the store but we weren't jumped on as soon as we walked in the door and nobody followed us around. A welcome relief as I cannot stand being stalked as soon as I go into a shop. We were left alone to try lots of different mattresses and narrow them down, in our own time, without being interrupted or rushed. While we were deciding we had a giggle with the staff who didn't try to hard sell us anything, they just respected we preferred to do it on our own. When they saw we'd been looking at a particular mattress that was on sale (due to the store being due an upgrade), we were told that unfortunately that particular mattress was sold, however there was another one in a store in the next town that was the same price and if we wanted it we could sort it all out here rather than having to go there. This meant we wouldn't miss out on the deal and didn't have to go out of our way to sort it out. We decided to buy that mattress and we had a really fun time getting it all arranged and we came away feeling happy, relaxed and grateful for the excellent customer service we'd had whilst in store. Thanks to Gary and Julia for making the whole process brilliant and easy, we'll definitely be recommending Bensons Worcester store (with a shout-out to Redditch for the mattress!)

The minute we walked into the store in Worcester an advisor came over and asked if we needed any help. He listened to what we wanted and then pointed out several options. Took the time to explain the differences and talked us through next steps

Went back and forth to the Worcester store several times to try various mattresses and decide on headboard colours. All staff helpful in particular Cherie who suggested the zip and link option as we were unsure if the super kingsize mattress we chose would fit. Didn’t realise this was even available until she mentioned it. Highly recommend their great customer service.

Staff very helpful but expensive delivery charge No options to just have delivered to door for cheaper delivery charge. Other furniture companies offer this option.
